Really hard beds and a strong smell of some kind in the room. There was a 10mm gap on the door so u heard everything in the hallway.

The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the view was excellent. We also had a delicious meal in the hotel's restaurant.

This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were in Lübeck for a marriage. Besides all the excellent things this hotel offers (including outstanding breakfast), their wonderful staff arranged for a bottle of champagne and flowers to be in the “bridal suite” when they arrived.

Excellent hotel and location. Great breakfast! The rooms were modern , quiet and clean. One of the best stays so far on our trip! Parking was easy . Used lot next to the hotel 12 euros per 24 hours.

Everything goes well for check in, stay and checkout. Parking next door. Walking distance to the Marienkirche, restaurants and shops. I am happy to book this hotel.

Good place to stay but only there for a day. Amenities were excellent. Realitively Quiet for a downtown location. A little farther from the HBf than I thought but overall everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again for sure.

The friendly and accommodating front desk staff was a pleasure to deal with. Room was very clean, good bed, amenities and very quiet location.

Very nice hotel where all of the technical features of the room worked excellently. Mention in particular the air conditioning that worked as it should. Room with window to the NW looks directly into another building, opposite side has a view of buildings and parks. Basement parking, with lift to floors with hotel rooms.

This hotel seemed very new. It was very clean and pleasant, just round the corner from the main attractions. The barman was particularly nice.

The Hotel is great. The breakfast is awsome but the dinner is medium. The TV is a little small. You have all the shopping and dining in front of you. Great location.

This hotel is in a great location for the town centre and local restaurants. It is very clean, quiet and has friendly staff. Really liked the breakfast. I didnt use their restaurant so i cant comment.
