It was a bit noisy on the streets, but it was Saturday.

Wonderful place to stay before our cruise 2 days later. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was available hours before check in. Secure locked doors including elevator, outer doors after 9pm Clean, beds comfortable, large room. Will definitely reconsider if visiting Seattle again.

We were able to get into our room 5 hours before our check in time which was amazing after an early morning flight. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. I definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Seattle!

Great location near to the Space Needle & monorail which takes you to the city centre in a matter of minutes, also allowing you to explore the public market & waterfront.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Very weak coffee, sweet sausages??? & undercooked scrambled eggs. No service for omelette or fried eggs, even though the kitchen is on site.

The hotel staff was fantastic. The breakfast every morning had a selection for everyone: bagels, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Hot coffee was available almost all day. The hotel was also in a very convenient place for public transportation. In the summer, there is a free shuttle over to the waterfront in pikes place market. You can also walk a few blocks to the monorail and take that to Westlake Center and switch over to the link rail. The Seattle center is a few blocks away with the space needle, Chihuly garden, museum of modern art, children’s museum, and the climate, pledge arena. Overall I would give this hotel five stars, with the caveat that it was quite noisy at night, with outside noise and ambulances quite frequently going by. Also, the walls are a little bit thin and I could hear people talking in the room next-door to me.

Easy checking and we got to check in early at 1100am. We were tired after the cruise and got to take a nap then enjoy the Seattle needle later that afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was close to main attractions and transit. The hotel does have paid underground parking but we had no trouble finding free street parking during certain hours. The breakfast was fine - nothing special. The two things I would complain about would be the customer service and the elevators. When we checked in, the agent was on FaceTime on her phone and just left the call on while she checked us in. We also found the front desk staff to be quite loud when talking to each other. We also had to ask some questions but the agent told us to come back later even though it wasn't busy. There are two elevators but it seemed like only one would run during the breakfast hours so with everyone going up and down, it took quite a while for the elevator to come. We eventually just gave up waiting and took the stairs.Overall, we enjoyed our stay though.

Very conveniently located for sightseeing. The city is very walkable and the hotel provided a good base. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Facilities were good.

It was a nice hotel to stay in for a couple days before our cruise. We were a little disappointed at the lack of airport and cruise ship shuttle options. We also had hoped to do our laundry before we got on board, but the Self service laundry was out of commission the entire time.
The best part about the hotel is the location. We could walk to the space needle. There are so many options to keep a family busy there we could’ve easily spent three days.

The Hyatt place is clean and convenient to everything , very close to the Chihuly Museum and Gardens . Breakfast was nice but not outstanding . We had a large room for our family . The sink for the bathroom was not inside but outside the bathroom. The price was not quite matching with the premises .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only reason for some 4 star ratings and not 5 is because I thought the dinning ares were kind od scattered. Also wish that the bathrooms in the room had the mirror and sink together where toilet/tub/shower were. Im a earlier riser than my travel companions and I was really doing some tip toeing around so I wouldn't diaturb there sleep. Would recommend. Loved how close it was to dinning, shoping, Seattle center/spaceneedle, monorail.....fun fun!

Great location, close to the Space Needle and great dining options. They provide breakfast which is a huge plus for our family needs.

When we took first showers, shower soap empty, so we called down after we got back that day and man brought it up but never opened the pump before he put it in the locked holder. So entire stay we had no shower soap.
Had about 5 Kleenexes we used up day 1.
No pad of paper and pen to write with.

Our stay was very comfortable. The location was just blocks away from the sphere and other fun things to do in Seattle. The staff was great and we was very impressed with Lydia who worked the front desk. She was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever experienced in a hotel and we travel a lot. The staff in the kitchen area were great too! From the staff, room, food, and location this is a wonderful place to stay.

We were so fortunate to have a wonderful young woman, Edna, check us in. She provided outstanding service so I’ll be emailing the general manager to commend her for the service and kindness she provided. Although it was a lovely room, the staff was outstanding as well as the breakfast, being next to the Space Needle and it being a busy place, the noise prevented us from getting a good night’s rest.
