Aging hotel currently under renovation. Older part not renovated not per pictures. Music from the restaurant heard in room. Light in corridor not working. Need some repairs. Excellent breakfast, staff is helpful. New pool area is more for kid than adults.

Experiencia muy mala. No había wifi en la habitación, solicitamos a recepción ayuda y la persona encargada culpo nuestros celulares e IP que sinceramente ni la propia persona podia explicarse. Nos cobraron uso de la piscina, cuando no aclaraba en la reserva. Y por ultimo el hotel no dispone de comida. Solamente venden papas fritas y polenta frita. Camas en buen estado, no volvería a repetir experiencia.

Very close to bus terminal. Easy to go to the falls, bird sanctuary, dam and even the airport. Breakfast was decent and clean. Staff were helpful.

The breakfast was ok in therms of hot meal, it can be an improvement in this aspect

O pessoal foi muito solícito e amigável! Nos deram dicas ótimas de passeios, almoços e jantares! Eles têm ao lado da recepção um responsável pelos passeios turísticos, Mohamed nos deu dicas bem legais e organizou os transfers e passeios que decidimos aproveitar durante nossa estada! Super recomendo! Café da manhã completo! Enfim, sem reclamações! :D

the room has some smell, breakfast is soso, but the hotel is in the center area and the price is cheap. An economic choice

The people are very friendly, room very confortable.

The hotel is under retrofitting and because of that stone areas are not so pretty. But the location is excellent. The price is good and the service overall is amazing.

HOTEL FICA MUITO BEM LOCALIZADO, MAS O ATENDIMENTO É PESSIMO, FUNCIONARIOS NADA PRESTATIVOS, EM COISAS SIMPLES COMO INFORMACOES SOBRE A CIDADE E AFINS. O QUARTO NAO ESTAVA BEM LIMPO...O WC QUANDO TOMA BANHO A UMIDADE NAO SAI E VAI TODO PARA O QUARTO. CAFE DA MANHA COM MUITA VARIEDADE MAS RUIM.

The hotel completely fulfil my expectation and my needs. The staff was very nice and th the restaurat was good and convenient.

I was excited to stay at the hotel when I booked it but that excitement went away rather quickly when I was dealing with incompetent staff from start to finish. The reception staff decided to ignore me and continue chatting amongst themselves. Another one told me when I handed in my laundry to be done that it would be ready that SAME evening- but when I came to pick it up, ANOTHER receptionist told me that it wouldn't be ready till the next day at least. She didn't even bother to look around to see if the clean laundry had arrived. She just had the audacity to laugh at my situation with no help provided whatsoever. That same evening, when I asked about the restaurant at the hotel, I was told that it would be open at 7 but when I came down at 7:30- the receptionist said that it was closed for the night. When I asked if there was anywhere else to go eat, she said 'no' and didn't offer ANY help. When I asked them to help organise a taxi for me to go to iguassu falls, they once again were unhelpful. The male receptionist rolled his eyes at me as if I was causing too much trouble and asked me to go across the road to the taxi parked and figure it out myself- he said this to me knowing that I didn't speak a word of Portuguese. At checkout- when settling the bill for the room, the same receptionist was useless. He said that he wouldn't accept USD OR rials in payment because he had no change to give me. The only option was to pay by card. DO NOT STAY HERE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Inexpensive but dated building in an ugly neighborhood, somewhat made up by friendly staff and decent breakfast(incl.)

This was never a 4 star hotel, as advertised. The location was ok, but the rooms were quite basic. There was no hot water; the shower was broken; we had to change rooms one night because the electricity went off. The hotel was full of groups. The English version of the hotel guide came straight away from Google Translator. When we checked in we had to wait until the receptionist finished texting before she attended to us.
