Everything was great with our stay. The room was clean and they even had complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

I go to Cambria every year and try a different hotel. I was hoping this one would be the winner but it wasn’t. The bed pillows and sheets were all good. There was a faint smell of sewage from the sink, and of mildew from the shower curtain. The bath products were great. I paid extra for water view but all I could see from the downstairs patio was the car blocking my view, even though I requested second floor. I won’t be back.

Nice coast property. David was more than accommodating for a few glitches with the TV and an overheated room. It would be nice if they had AC but understand it's not needed most of the year. The room and its amenities were nice.

Everything about our stay far exceeded our expectations. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, funny and delightful. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I would love to return some day and spend a week or two.

The hotel we selected was janky. When we arrived, we kept smelling urine in the bathroom. After looking more into it, the rim around the bowl was covered in urine. It was never cleaned. The cable did not work, key wouldn’t work and had to walk down the street to a sister hotel to get a replacement key. The exterior of the hotel is nice and appealing. We definitely will not stay here again.

Excellent view with short walk to the beach. Not to mention a great restaurant right next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of things that need attention. 1 the shower water temperature kept going from hot to cold. Was a little irritating to be honest. 2 the captain indoor seats had too many stains on them. A little yucky for anyone I would say.

No staff on site, our room was never cleaned and no clean towels available. We had to walk to their other sister hotel to speak to someone and pick up clean towels. No answer when you call them.

Room was very clean, including bathroom. Bathroom faucet, broken cold water would barely turn on. The most disappointing thing however was there was no air-conditioning. I guess it’s my fault for not reading the information when booking. Even though it was not really hot, the room was stuffy after we came back at the end of the day. There was no air-conditioning to turn onto freshen the room. If we opened the curtains to open the windows, there were people in the parking lot of the restaurant next-door that were able to look into our room so we could not do that.

Know one was there when we got there to check in so we had to go to a hotel down the street to check in. My wife had crickets crawling on her while she was sleeping causing her to not be able to sleep all night.

This is an older property, but it has been very nicely updated and is in great shape. The beach and ocean views are wonderful and there is boardwalk along the ocean giving even better access. Staff is polite and available. we had a great two night stay.

Our room was clean and welll-furnished. It was convenient to have extra supplies (towels, bathroom tissue, etc) in an area that was easy to get to. The view was outstanding.

Ask for room on south side as there’s a restaurant next door.. north side next door, and noisy well into closing at 11pm. Supposed to be coffee at 8AM in lobby..no, almost 9AM both night stays..no desk clerk.

Right off Moonstone beach. The ocean is a stone's throw away. Convenient to a local restaurant (next door) and partnered with a local restaurant for room service. The room was spacious & clean with a fireplace & comfy beds. I'd highly recommend the place to others.

We love staying in Moonstone Beach and have stayed at several properties. This time we stayed here and reserved ocean view but got the oceanfront experience. Amazing views from the room and patio. The gentleman that man’s the desk was very kind and helpful. Room is large and loves the fireplace that starts with a light switch. Will definitely stay her again.

Long story short. Three times our keycards got demagnetized and we were locked out of our rooms. The gentlemen at lobby warned us that it happens easily. However, it seemed to
Be unpreventable and the second time we were locked out of room after leaving the hot tub and we had to walk dripping wet in the cold to the hotel three doors down to get new cards. There was no one working in our hotel so you are required to walk 100 yds over and grab it from that person. Terrible experience. We won’t be coming back.

The best thing about this property is the jetted whirlpool in the room and lots of towels. This property is not 420 friendly as this is a non smoking property. I didn’t know those existed in this area as I’ve been to several with no issues. Check out staff was friendly, check in staff meh.

A great stay. Comfortable, & cozy. Several dining places close by. Beach is across the frontal road with a nice sea walk. Management was excellent.

We loved the view. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable.
Check in was quick and easy. Most of the time their was no attendant at the main office and where there was they were talking to each other without acknowledging people coming in. I just left my key at the front desk . I had hoped to get a receipt atleast a , thank you for staying with us. The person in the front was talking to someone in the office and didn't acknowledge me. Other than that the stay was average, not exceptional.

The gentlemen at the front desk was so nice, cheerful, & welcoming. The bed in the room was so comfortable & we were able to leave the window open & listen to the sounds of the waves.

The carpet stinks and the sliding screen door was broken. Also, the shower was backing up with hair! We didn’t like that there was no service for the rooms during our 3 day stay. David was awesome though.
