It’s ok properly it shows it’s age. The staff was very friendly.
However in the web site it says that the property is pet friendly but they only take dogs, so I have to argue with the manager about letting stay with cats. They should specify that they only friendly to dogs and not any other pet is welcome

Not what I used to have un previous stays. Good hotel but it needs a bit more care and maintainance.

Stayed at the Fiesta Inn for a night on our trip to Zacatecas. It was a no frills, comfortable hotel. Nothing fancy or luxurious but it was a basic, clean hotel and what we expected for the price. We needed to drive or take Ubers to downtown and the main sites, which were usually between $3-$6 each way. Overall, a good hotel for the price and one I’d recommend if you’re looking for an easy base for your visit to Zacatecas.

the worst part was the lobby, bar, restaurant it was so loud TV Radio all over the place

Rooms are good . But a/c was not working . So.all the time.room was hot . Very frustrated.

When we arrived the room wasn’t clean it was very dusty,the next day they only make the bed and leave clean towels. The next two day they did not clean the room..I call them and the say when you leave the sing means no service that is wrong. The sign said PLEASE MAKE UP THE ROOM

Nice, clean and friendly staff. Also close to center of city. Just one glitch, had to change room due to air not working properly.

Service was great. Everything was clean and the staff very courteous. Parking was almost full but I always found a spot and is free. It's very close to the main shopping mall Galerias Zacatecas, so if you want to be right by the main landmarks this is not the place for you. However, the Uber charged only 2.5 USD to downtown, so it's not a problem. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I stay in the same time that a group of childrens from a school and the noise from their rooms are very audible in the mine
