The room were very dated. There was some stuff the needed to be better cleaned that is was.

the front desk was helpful but seemed exhausted and not well.
they were cleaning rooms at 11pm which seemed very odd.
the facility was old, run down and I felt unsafe due to the building being behind a home depot and we had to drive through a rode to get there that had zero street lights.
While I was driving back there, there was a homeless man walking on that unlit road...and as a single woman I felt unsafe to get out of my car once arriving at the hotel due to very little outdoor lighting and strange location.
I would have not booked my stay at the facility if I had known all of this.
A particial refund would be appreciated.

We needed a last minute stay on a road trip as we were too tired to continue driving. The price was great but that is about where the positives end. The hotel was hard to find. It is tucked behind a Lowe’s. The interior has damp musty smell. The air conditioner works exceptionally well which normally would be great except the beds only have a top sheet. Absolutely no blankets! Had to resort to using towels as blankets. I certainly hope this was just an oversight from the cleaning staff and not the norm.

We liked that it was a bit off the main highway so was very quiet. The daytime staff was responsive but the gal at the desk at night was definitely not enthused to do her job. We asked for another towel - 2 people in the room and only 1 towel - she said they were in the dryer and shed have one brought but she didn't.

No significant complaints. For the price it was a good value. Hotel is in need of updating but not terrible. At check in you need to let the desk know how often you want your room cleaned. They will not come and clean until you request it. Didn’t find that out until day 3 of my stay….

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head this is a good place. The front desk was super friendly even though I didn’t check in until after midnight. I had a puppy and that wasn’t a problem. There wasn’t a breakfast but that wasn’t a big deal for me since I was just looking for a place to sleep for a couple of hours. Definitely worth the money. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable. If I’m just stopping for the night, I would stay again.

Loitering in parking lots was disturbing. Location was very hard to find. No continental breakfast. No comforter or bed spread. Blanket in closet was only bed cover option. Personnel were friendly and helpful with questions/requests.

The hotel was in a terrible location. Had to go behind Lowe's and Wal-Mart and it was located at the bottom of hill from Lowe"s yard. Very dark and seemed unsafe. Front desk very pleasant. Beds only had a single sheet to cover up with. Blankets folded on shelf were dirty. Dirty washcloth hanging over shower. Every surface sticky and had crumbs over it. I had to clean the filth off just to sit anything down. No kleenex. Crumbs all over floor. Beds were comfortable, but would never stay here again.

Decent place, but extremely difficult to find. They need a sign that is more visible from the main road. Needs updating, but clean for the most part. Found some food crumbs around the chair, just really didn’t like the carpet because you couldn’t tell if it was clean. For the most part, we got what we paid for and it was adequate for our purposes.

Cigarettes are all over the ground outside... not the Hotels fault but staff could every few hours clean it up. Other than that the place is very nice and staff was very friendly 🙂

Terrible customer service! We arrived to check in at 10:55 pm. There was a hand written note on the front desk stating “Skyler is on the 3rd floor and would be happy to assist you”. The phones were ringing non stop, and no Skyler to be found. We went to the 3rd floor several times, only to find hotel rooms and no Skyler. After 30 minutes of waiting we ended up leaving. When you’ve been driving over 6 hours and reservations have already been made, this is very frustrating. Terrible customer service! Terrible way to operate a hotel when people are arriving to check in, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Travelodge will be marked off the list for sure!!!!!’n

Staff was nice, location leaves a little to be desired (behind a Lowe’s and Shopping Center). A/C and Fridge worked great. Shower water pressure (at least on second floor) was crazy strong. It suited my needs at a reasonable price.

Easy to get to right off the highway but at the end of a dead-end street, so it was very quiet. The front desk clerk, Fay, was very friendly and welcoming.

I had a really good stay. The hotel was clean and pretty quiet. The front desk staff were very attentive and quick to assist me every time I needed something. Their credit card reader on the pop machine wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash. One of the front desk ladies ran right over to her purse and grabbed some cash and bought my soda so I didn’t have to go somewhere else. Just all around a great stay. The one thing I didn’t like is the room has a motion sensor and when I quit moving around and fell asleep, the ac shut off and I woke up drenched in sweat one night. But otherwise, it was a great stay.

Property is behind Lowes and main entrance is in the back, facing the woods. Not the newest or most elegant of hotels but close to lots of businesses.

Room 311. Very nice, clean room with comfortable beds. No funky smells, recently remodeled. Showers are high pressure and immaculate. Everything we needed for a short sleepover. ❤️
