La chambre grande, très confortable, climatisée.

Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre avec un petit plus le réfrigérateur.
La fenêtre de la chambre était cassée mais a cette saison pas dérangeant du tout.

Friendly and informative staff. Quite good location - quiet but easy walking distance to restaurants and key tourist attractions.
Hotel is getting 'tired' and while everything worked it will require renovation soon.... eg some lights didn't work and air con kept turning itself off.

The location near the gare, the room was great, bed very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.
No tea making facilities in room. Common areas need refurbishment.

The WiFi kept cutting out. I got really tired of putting in the password.

The staff were very helpful. Also the parking arrangements were very good
It was disconcerting that the air conditioning turned off during the night during the heat wave conditions. Otherwise ok. We did not have dinner or breakfast at the hotel but would rather eat in the old town.

Convenient for an overnight stop or city visit. Surprisingly comfortable, spacious and clean room given the Extremely average aspect of the hotel entrance. Secure parking at rear of hotel. Decent breakfast
Breakfast room was a bit stuffy for Covid times. Could have had windows open. Unattractive, slightly grubby entrance and reception area could do with a freshen up.

Hotel is well located near the rail station, and has option for secure parking at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large, clean modern room, with large bathroom. Bed very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast reasonably priced.
