We didn’t get to stay you they sold their booking. It cost me $2000 to find another hotel not very happy at all. Worst experience I ever had.

Great spot right across the street from Children's Mercy Park, got to walk around the stadium and check it out from the outside as well as the Speedway and hote is in easy walking distance from Famous Dave's BBQ which alone is worth the price of the stay. Great hotel, I will make this my go to in KC going forward!

Once you enter the hotel you immediately hit with a smell of sewage. The attendant was nice enough but for a day when every hotel in the area is full due to the event we were attending you need to think about having more than one person at the front desk. She was slammed and what should have taken 10 minutes took 45. Once we got in the room we had to open up the windows from the smell of mold. We shortly also found out that the ice machines were broken, the laundry facilities were not in service and the pool had been drained at the request of the Health department. They should just shut the place down until they get their act together. Not even close to being worth the 400+ we paid for one night.

place looks dirty and smells really bad. pool close and nothing was posted in their website. staff didn’t have any idea of customer service. lucky they are right across a soccer stadium which was the reason of my trip.

The main reason I reserved that hotel was for the pool. I had small kids that wanted to swim. When I got there I was told the pool was closed by the health department. I reserved the room months ago and would’ve liked some notification about the pool closing. There was also nothing on the web sight about the pool being closed. I would’ve had the time to get a refund and choose a different hotel. The back door stated you needed a key to enter, but it was not secure and wouldn’t shut all the way. So, anybody could’ve walked in. The first day for breakfast there were no forks, the second day no juice. The waffles and the bacon were the biggest hit with my family. The rooms were pretty spacious and nice.

Our tv didn’t work and the pool was out of order and there was no notification when I booked about the pool.

Hallways had a terrible smell. Room above us stomping their feet walking around until midnight. Closet door wouldn’t shut properly so everytime opened room door would bang together. Pool area(reason this hotel was chose) was closed. Staff was not very friendly. Would not stay again.

Health department closed the pool, elevater was down, the wall was wet and moldy by an outlet, the lights didnt turn on in the room had to use lamps, the outlet for the coffee maker in the room didnt work and it smelt mildewy. i have pictures if you want them. would not recommend at all unless you don't like them.

Excellent location. Lobby had the odor of a locker room. Elevator was unavailable first two days we were there due to new tile work(excusable), but my wife has trouble with stairs. No maid service during our stay; only thing we needed was towels and washcloths and we made due.

Smelled like sewage in my room. Pool was broken & partially filled with sewage. One staff member took issue with another staff member trying to accommodate me. I was told nothing was wrong with my room despite a need to go & buy multiple candles just to be able to have a shot at sleeping in that room. 1/2 of the hotel should have been shut down because of how inhabitable those rooms were. I’m fortunate I didn’t get sick & I will not be booking with this hotel again.

There’s not much nice to say about the hotel other than the bartender was friendly and the rooms were relatively quiet. The hotel had a bad smell throughout, the pool was not available, and there was no hot water for a shower on one of the mornings. It was less expensive than other hotels in the area so you get what you pay for.

When we pulled up to facility to park there were 4 police cars in the parking lot one of which was carrying an evidence bag to his care. Kind of scarey i asked front desk person about what was going on and she said they had a minor incident. I chose this motel because of the pool and hot tub, when i asked where they were she told me they were out of order. Later that night we met another guest and he was leaving the facility because the pool and hot tub had raw sewage backed up in it and the smell was beginning to over take the facility. I checked out on Sunday and mentioned the issue with sewage smell and they were supposed to take some of my bill for the inconvience and smell. I have yet to see that my bill was adjusted.

The biggest problem is that they only have handicap compliant rooms on the second floor & the elevator broke at one point, so my friend was stuck. They got it fixed quickly, but it was annoying for a little while.

Went to the nascar race after checking in at noon.
Upon returning at 11 pm, there was one towel and NO soap of any kind in the room. The room smells like dirty socks.

We were able to check in early and the front desk lady was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was one of the best places I have stayed at with Best Western!! Very nice and I would stay again and highly recommend it !!!!

This hotel was great. It is located next to the shopping outlet and tons of restaurants. The continental breakfast was great and the pool with the slide is the winner!!! Staff was also nice and attentive.

The whole hotel was dirty had a bad smell the room they gave us either was never cleaned from the night before or someone was already in it cuz the bed was unmade! Then they tried to put us in another room which didn’t have enough beds for my family. It was also dirty. We. Had to go pay another $500 for another hotel And still haven’t gotten my $380 back from them. 😡😡😡😡😡

Check in was super easy. Lady was super nice and helpful.
Rooms smelled weird (as did hallways) like something sour.
Beds were clean, tvs nice, bathrooms not so clean.
Pool area smelled like pee. There was puke on the walkway around the pool. No one ever came to clean it.
Breakfast OMG Breakfast was 100% the best part. Everything was stocked and yummy and the 1 lady working it made sure everything was staying hot and fresh.

Checkin was great. The pool was fun for the kids. Our room wasn’t completely clean. There was trash on the floor which made me wonder what else wasn’t clean. There was a sewer odor close to our fridge last night that was gone this morning. We could t figure out how to use the shower and the water only became warm, not hot.
