Amazing! We had a wonderful stay here. The staff could not have been nicer and friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the location was very convenient. (From an American POV, I might say it is a 4-star hotel — still excellent but not at the level of The Ritz, Four Seasons, etc.) Would definately recommend! Merci.

The hotel was lovely, the staff friendly, and the bed very comfortable. The blackout windows were much appreciated. The nightly turndown service was also wonderful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Central hotel. Concierge gave some v good recommendations. What lets the hotel down is the cleanliness and layout of rooms.

We had a late flight into Bordeaux and our room was in a separate building up three flights of circular stairs. For two older people this was really hazardous. The hotel offered to move us the ext day, however we had a wine tasting booked and could not repack in the time frame offered to us. We also advised the front desk that we had inadvertently left the toweling robes in the shower so they were damp. The staff promised to change them. This did not happen. There are two sinks, however there is absolutely NO space to place anything more than a toothbrush beside the sink. No space for cosmetics or meditations. Most inconvenient No upper or lower cabinets. Marsha, the night manager on our arrival was delightful. A three star experience at best at 5 star prices.

While staff is super attentive and speak good English, hotel itself does not, in my opinion, deserve 5 star rating which is probably based on the fact that they have a tiny sauna for 2 people and plunge pool. There is no restaurant on the property, only a bar, which also serves breakfast on bar counter. We ended up paying almost $500 per night for sub par quality of the hotel. Our friends stayed few blocks away at 4 star and paid half of what we did.

Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location.

The staff are very accommodating and will help with any request. When we asked about temperature in the room they immediately sent someone up to help us adjust. Lovely breakfast!

Very good service, great location. Only dings were a bit too much light in the room (AC required a bright white light) which made sleeping not ideal, not enough space around the sink, and a breakfast which was so-so. Relatively minor nigles

Incrivel, hotel sensacional!

I like the staff very friendly. Nice room and very confortable bed. Good qualitu and variety of foods for breakfast I don't like the complementary services. No fitness center no swimming pool. Saturday night the front door before 1 am was closed. It's strange for a 5 stars hotel

Beautiful centric boutique hotel, 10 mins walking distance to the heart of Bordeaux..Staff incredibly helpful and attentive, nicely decorated rooms. They helped us with restaurant reservations, guided tours etc. Would definitely recommend..

this gorgeous little boutique on the edge of the old town is delightful in many ways. the staff are VERY concerned about your well-being. we enjoyed a wine tasting with the hotel somm was super; would highly recommend it. we did not get to enjoy the breakfasts so I can't comment there. the issue I had was that it is an older building and the floors are very noisy. anyone that walks in the room above you makes a lot of noise. other than that, a tremendous stay.

A five star hotel needs to have at least a legitimate sheet (not just a fitted sheet and a heavy comforter).

Excellent location!! Right in heart of Bordeaux and easy walking to all the sights and a plethora of restaurants! The receptionists at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.
