The room was very dirty and definitely have not been clean properly…I am even wondering if the bed sheets were clean.
There was food on the floor, pubic hair on the toilet seat, we found an ear plug in one bed and a plastic bottle cap in the other bed plus everything was full of dust like everywhere in the hotel not just the rooms. The bathrooms beside the pool we’re disgusting.

My phone was stolen at approx.7pm on aug 3rd. From the pool area. I put it down to go swimming and later informed the front desk that there was only a few other ppl in the pool area at the time and that i was probably them. The person at the desk hardly took my room number. There is a camera in the pool area she didnt even takw my name no interest in helping.

The room was decent though carpet didn't look super clean and it was sort of sticky. Washroom was quite magnificent for 3 star hotel and everything we needed was there. Reception staff wasn't the best - we reserved via hotels.com and we called there to make sure our reservation was done successfully and reflects on their end, they said all good but when we got there, the man on reception mentioned there was no reservation under my name and thus he couldn't allocate us with any room. He wasn't friendly of course and conversation wasn't smooth because we had hard time until he figured the reservation was done upon me showing all the evidences. It wasted almost an hour after 6 hours non stop drive for us. When we checked out, there was no one at the reception for 30 mins and when the lady came back, she rudely mentioned to leave the key at the reception for future but I don't think we'll ever go back to this place again.

The Room seemed okay until we pulled out the blankets. We found hairs in both beds. We asked for new sheets, which were quickly delivered (even if it was 11h00). When leaving, we didn't get a paper copy of the invoice and when we asked for a rebate for the discomfort we were told to send and email while the manager in service checked with his boss. We never got any response.
Will not be going back . Plus the hallway tables and decorations were full of dust.

Multiple things wrong with this place. No full time person at the desk, manager was taking care of this, but he’d be all of the property.
I have not been cleaned for a while. Toilet was very dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was full of dust. The kitchen part had no bowls, dish towel was full of holes, top part of the headboard was loose and could’ve fallen down at any time. The AC in the room was very loud

Dirty, noisy, smelly. We were not in the room on the pictures. The bed was confortable, at least. We could hear people talk in the rooms around ours. The room was smelly.

Our room had no air-conditioning. It had broken. The front staff found us a fan. The hotel was full so we couldn't go to another room. No discount was offered.

It's a nice little hotel close to the city centre. They don't have much to offer in terms of room service or cleaning service if your there for a short stay, but they have a small pool and a hot tub downstairs, nice for families and stuff like that. Place is a little dated, could use a face lift, but very clean for the most part. I did find a cockroach in my room, kinda turned me off, but I'm sure it happens in some of these older hotels. Would definitely recommend for a short stay if your on a budget.

Very nice desk staff. Nice pool. Noisy on balcony, but gorgeous sunshine and view of the mountain. Houskeeping staff need to take items out of the fridge and empty the coffee machine between each guests.

Everywhere we looked it was clean, kids had fun in the pool and the guests were quiet in the hotel. Our only complaint was the highway traffic we could hear all the time in our room, probably because we were the end unit though.
We would definitely stay here again!

The hot tub and pool area were dirty. The floor around the pool has mold and the hot tub walls had a dirt film.
The young lady that greeted us looked like she didn’t want to be there and did not tell us anything about the services. We didn’t know we had to leave the towels outside our door, the cleaning crew does not go in your room to change them. There is no bath rug.
It’s floating floor in the room and there is no entryway rug so when you walk in with winter boots the floor is wet, you have to wipe it down with towels.
I get this is a more affordable hotel for the area but it could be cleaner.

For the price the hotel is a good bargain. Clean, proximity to the ski resorts, shopping and dinning is all great. A couple small things that were weird: 1)the key cards had a habit of becoming deprogrammed at a very high frequency to the point you needed to check every time you left the room to make sure it was still working and 2) the TV in our room never worked. When checking in overheard another couple at the front desk asking about the TV. When ours wasn’t working as well I asked the front desk about it to get a bit of a blown off answer about it.I get the feeling the TV’s are hit and miss and the staff have all but given up on the issue. The TV never did work during our stay.
