Rooms have all been renovated within the last two months. Everything was clean and the front desk staff were fantastic. Breakfast was well done with a wide variety of fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, and cereals/oatmeal. Great location for the price.

My stay was great. I was there for a third week in a row for business and I had previously been staying at the Mission Inn. However, I ended up with countless bedbug bites from the stay, so had to pick a different hotel. This one was great. The staff was AMAZING. The parking was bad and if you wanted to pay for parking it was pretty expensive. I have a disabled placard, so was disappointed that I had to pay so much money for parking.

My view was very good until I got woken up at 3am to a couple physical assaulting each other screaming fighting. I was on a business trip so I wasn't able to get the rest I needed.

It was odd, was given room and keys when I open the room, I noticed someone was already checked in. Someone was showering, I immediately left the room and told front desk. Front desk apologized and gave me a different room, weird experience but they said they would comp my parking and a credit to the night.

Amazing! The hotel itself, even though it’s under renovation, was very clean. The room itself was delightful. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and cheerful. Checking in and out was a breeze. I do have to mentioned that they charge $25per day for parking. Just a heads up. 😉

I do not recommend this hotel. Noisy at night, they did not have the room I booked and claimed it was not available because of construction. Avoid!

We received a note the week before we went that there would be some disruption due to renovations but they would be cautious to keep it minimal. We still decided to stay, but when we arrived we were told there would be no breakfast available during our stay and that the pool was also closed. They said a note had been sent about the breakfast being unavailable (we did not receive a note), and nothing was done about the pool closure (it was over 100 degrees during our trip). Those were 2 main reasons we chose the hotel, and there were no alternate accommodations made for either (maybe a coupon for coffee downtown, or a reciprocal pool usage at another hotel), which might have savaged our stay. To top off - construction banging began by 8am.

Area around the hotel not safe. I was told that I could park my car in EV parking spot only to come out this morning with a big green sticker on my drivers windows. It was a warning sticker but now I have white sticker residue on my window through no fault of my own.

The hotel was undergoing a renovation so half the rooms were closed. I got a brand new room and it was large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Dylan at the front desk was so welcoming and attentive. He even called to ensure I had checked in and was enjoying the room. I will return for his sake. It is a pleasure being greeted by people who love their jobs. It was located a block away from the cutest shops, restaurants, and Mission Inn. Two blocks from Riverside Art Museum’s Cheech Marin gallery. I will return.

They charge for parking which i was surprised by because parking was advertised on web but it didn’t mention they charge for it. Yet street parking was ok to find.
