Clean and neat room. Breakfast was divers and service was impeccable.

Staff were great. Room was excellent - I was on the ground level. Apparently it had been refurbished a couple of years ago, I asked because the room looked fresh and new. Breakfast was good. Overall an excellent overnight stay. Would definitely recommend

Beside very accommodating staff, the breakfast options were probably better than what I get at home. Really gives you a very good start for your day.. Very comfortable bed.

The only thing i would suggest is to get rid of the carpets. Carpets are bad for allergy sufferers and they collect too much dirt.

Friendly staff and easy check in/check out. Room and facilities were what we needed for 1 night for the family 2 children/2 adults. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and had what we needed to continue on our trip. Reported bathroom door concern in our room at check out and they were thankful of the report.

We were very disappointed with this hotel right from the start. My booking was for drive up room, which it was but there is no way to access the room from the outside, you have to go through lobby and use the inside hallway. In my opinion, this is not a true drive up room. I asked why this was and they told me to prevent vandalism. Well that made me feel safe. There were chairs out by our patio door but there were cigarette butts everywhere so I asked about the smoking policy as it is advertised as a smoke free hotel. They told me that people can smoke away from the building which they don't adhere to and it is impossible to make them. So we can't sit outside without smelling smoke which is exactly what happened. The bed sheets were in horrible shape and should have been replaced long ago, the elastic on the bottom sheet was completely wore out so it would not stay on the bed. This made it very uncomfortable. The drapes are also not blackout, lots of light in the morning. The room smelled musty and it had a dirty rug. We had to kill bugs in the bathroom. The fridge was extremely loud. The hotel has 65 rooms. We had to check the breakfast room twice to get a chair and had to share with others. Only had 6 tables, however the food was good. Also the staff was friendly. I did not get much sleep with the smell in the room and the terrible sheets on the bed. I would absolutely NOT stay here again.
