only the location

so much noise no one could sleep! outside was a party all night long all 3 nights! even with the windows and shutters closed couldn’t open the window for air and it was then boiling hot the bed and pillows were horribly hard and hot the website says ytea/Coffe and they only allowed it after 12 until 20:30. no options to have a kettle in room provided old hair dryer that barely works requested extra pillows and they had nothing available service extremely minimal and wouldn’t even help with luggage cleaning lady turned my entire suitcase upside down and everything was left in the floor/counter not coming back despite the good location as there are many other hotels in the region at this price equally for a good location

Breakfast not included despite the high price.Heating did not work efficiently enough.No kettle and no free water in the room.You have to walk up for about 15 minutes from the central station which can be hard if you’ve got a heavy luggage.

the hotel staff was very nice and kind. I lost my passport at a shop and it was kindly taken to a lost and found at a police station on Sunday when everything is closed in Switzerland and that made everything difficult for a foreigner figuring out to contact with authorities. This wasn’t their main job but the hotel staff who help me out with this made my first Swiss trip a good memory not a disaster. the hotel was very comfortable and felt safe staying here.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff. My room had a balcony with beautiful city view. I arrived very late, the reception was already closed, but I could immediately get in and take my room without any trouble.

Lots of character in this hotel- we loved it! Clean, friendly staff, great lounge area with tea and coffee, lovely continental breakfast. Rooms are simple, no frills, but all we needed for a family of four. Great views of the cathedral, perfect location.

The location was very good. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.

During the night, the noise from a near by bar kept us up for several hours. It was very loud in our room.

Check in was very smooth with helpful staff. The room was perfect with everything we needed and no more. The balcony and views were spectacular. So close to restaurants and shops. Would be my choice on future visits.

I think it could be clearer that check in closes at 7pm.

Our room was on small but loud street, even at night. Maybe we were not lucky, not sure if all rooms face that street. (and we had the window open during the night)
