Everything we needed for our stay was there. Kitchen was spotless. Bathrooms were spotless.

Older building but large. Great for a family get away or a cozy couple stay, with a cabin feel. Beautiful property, a great escape from the city life. Quiet. Better than a hotel.

The hosts in the office were exceptional and very helpful. It was lovely to chat to them. Instructions were clear, if you arrive after hours you are sent details of how to pick up your keys. The chalet overlooked the golf course, very quiet. Recommend stocking up as you have a full kitchen, laundry. I am a clean freak and the cleanliness of the property was exceptional. No faults at all, full kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer and oven and extensive cookware. Bed was really comfy and we slept well. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Very rested and would highly recommend. Great value if staying several nights.

Location was convenient to shopping and dining. Beautiful drive with the leaves changing colors. Lots of wildlife specially at night. Overall, excellent family weekend trip.

Nice little place. A little dated, but clean and neat. Take to heart that there is no comforters and the blankets provided are thin. The tv in our bedroom wouldn't move off of one channel no matter what we tried. That was annoying, but our stay was brief. Bed was comfortable, but hard. The jetted tub was great, but there isn't anything over the outtake and I got a toe and my back sucked up before I realized what it was. It hurt. A child could be hurt especially if they would explore the hole with their fingers. Please put lights near the trash. We went to turn around after putting in trash early morning in the dark and never saw the the culvert. Smashed our bumper and had to call a tow truck. Definitely couldn't see that it wasn't part of the driveway.

The interior space is definitely well dated but very clean and generally in good condition. Lots of space and a very quiet location. Beautiful scenic countryside all around. Can’t beat the price. Would stay again.

It was our first outing as a married couple alone together and we really enjoyed how quite and clean the property was. The view was amazing as well!!!

Chalet High was an amazing find. My wife and I used it as a central location to visit vineyards throughout the Shenandoah region. There are many wonderful vineyards in the area. It was nice to come back to a comfortable place rather than a hotel room. It was clean and well kept. Check in and out was extremely easy.

Perfect weekend getaway. Loved the location on the golf course. Great patio view to drink morning coffee and evening wine while watching the golfers. Very peaceful and close to many amenities. Highly recommend the hike around Lake Laura which is a very short drive with beautiful scenery. Very comfy and spacious master bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great pool, hot tub and sauna. Lots of parking, quiet couldn’t hear the neighbors, but the down fall was furniture was out dated and uncomfortable to sit and sleep in, kitchen is sparkly furnished, stove took along time to heat up, mattress’s were very uncomfortable to sleep in.

The staff was amazing. The place was huge and really cool next to a running creek. The carpet is gross the flooring was gross and the countertops were missing some areas and the door was kicked a few times. The smell was the worst part. But it wasn’t that bad just needed some long overdue updates

Property is in a beautiful area. The unit could have been cleaner. It didnt look like it was cleaned before my stay. It was a little disappointing.

We loved this place! Our son wanted to go to the Shannondoah Caverns for his birthday so we chose to make a mini vacation out of it. What a perfect place to stay. The staff was awesome. Tammy was very nice and hospitable. The condo was nice and in a very quiet peaceful spot. Definitely will stay again!

This is a perfect place to retreat for quiteness and to behold the beauty of GOD's creations. The resort is so spacious and equipped with everything you need. Already planning my next trip

Good location for skiing as it takes 3 minutes by car.

What I did not like:
- back door lock did not work
- found dirty underwear inside bedroom drawer and something that looked like pet food on the carpet
- heater works but gets too hot upstairs and too cold downstairs

It is very close to the ski resort. House is architecturally very nice. Basement was colder than the upper floors. Nice view at the back. Indoor pool was very nice, heated and clean.

The property is very close to the Bryce Resort and skiing area. It is clean, easy to check-in and has a wonderful view of the picturesque stream and golf course area. The house has all the base amenities for a comfortable family stay. The condition of the property is a bit on the old side but still acceptable.

I booked a weekend get away for my husband's and mine 20th anniversary. We were supposed to stay Oct 15 through the 17. After staying one night we decided to leave due to a few issues. We did meet check out requirements by 10 am on Saturday 16.
In the bathroom there were lots of lady bugs and a few in the bedroom. I'm not talking one or two lady bugs. The ceiling was spotted with lady bugs.
As well as the master bedroom door that took you outside didn't open at all.
The carpet all through the apartment was stained and needs to be replaced.
I feel the amount of money I spent on this get away didn't met the standards we stayed in.

The place is shabby. Emerald green carpet that should have been replaced 20 years ago. Old smell. Tiny TVs. Internet didn’t work…

We went last year, as well, and really enjoy staying here! The unit gives us space to spread out and to be together. Chalet High isn't ritzy, but you will have everything you need to be comfortable - it will feel like you are visiting family! And the jetted tub is a great way to end the day! The unit was cleaned and sanitized, so we felt safe. We were able to use the activity center, with precautions, and enjoyed the saltwater indoor pool, the hot tub, and sauna. The scenery in the area is beautiful, with some great hikes! We used the complimentary pass for Lake Laura every day and love it there! Peaceful, great swimming, and boating also available. We hope to return for another visit!

Stay was nice but it could have used to be cleaned more. The carpet was stained badly. So bad no one wanted to go without socks or shoes. But the area is beautiful and we still had a hood time

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. My one suggestion to property owner would be it’s time to update your furniture. It’s in desperate need of an update.
