That they had 24 hr reception when we arrived after a huge public transport dilemma! The breakfast was amazing, the feel of the place beautiful!

Continental hotels often have the same smooth finish slippery shower trays. I stubbed my toes several times sliding on shower gel suds. Not a major issue and I'm probably in the minority but it reflects my thoughts.

Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Great hotel and perfect for someone who arrives late at night or have an early flight in the morning since its close to Malpensa airport. Rooms are clean. Breakfast super basic; water pressure is weak; internet is great; plenty available parking on site. 4 out of 5 due to poor breakfast & weak water pressure.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price for Milan, great staff, and the restaurant was excellent.

Location too far from the City Center. While property is well room, the accommodation is too small. No transport to downtown.

Great hotel everything you needed. lovely staff and good continental breakfast . Buses a bit of a nightmare to get tickets for but once got them easy to get into the metro and then onto Milan citycenter. Taxus ftom hotelvery expensive.

When I booked the room, I booked 2double beds and when I got there it was 1 double bed and an extremely thin uncomforting pull out couch. The air-conditioning was horrible almost non-existent. When I complained and asked for a fan, they said the air-conditioning was fine and they refuse to give me a fan. The temperature of the room was consistently 28° Celsius. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable 2nights. It was also quite a distance from Milan.

Ok location, clean hotel, good service but the breakfast was horrible, only croissants, bread, almost out of food if you arrive by 9, the staff looked stressed, you have to wait in line because it is crowded, no variety what so ever.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Added bonus to have breakfast included! Local area seemed safe. We walked to a station in the next village to go to Lake Como (40 min scenic walk). To get into the city of Milan you needed to take a bus and the metro which had a regular service. Would come again!

For a 3-star hotel you can´t have better. We where in Milan for a businessfair. Hotel is 12 min drive from the Milan Congress Center. Rooms are top clean, personnel is very kind, parkplace for free. Ask for a room at the backside, you don´t hear any noice from the street. In the neighbourhoud there are some nice restaurants. We recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed. Air conditioner has too much noise, must turn off it to sleep. Breakfast is poor, no much choice.

Disappointed because it was stated it half an hour from town centre, therefore I spent more than 100€ only on travelling to get to Milan town centre. Apart from this, the price for the taxi that hotel is offering is more expensive than what it is ok uber app. No slippers… no kettle… plugs where coming out from the wall… easily … had to be careful … never used it again… lift could be only use by only one person at the time… air conditioner in the quanteen was none… I don’t think it can be called a hotel when it’s next to a national way and was full of vans and trucks.. reception staff where nice and helpful.. I don’t think it worth it the money… especially I had to go to another room so I can use the iron. I had an elderly person with me, imagine how was for ger…

Hotel met our expectations for our needs. It was clean, breakfast had plenty to choose from and staff was helpful with any questions.

It was very close to our family in Bollate and downtown Milano. It was clean, air conditioned, great bathroom, plenty of hot water and towels, GREAT PARKING. Fair price, good bedding, nice staff, good breakfast, etc.
