I stay at this hotel every time I I come to Nashville which is quite often. This time has been my complaint and someone had to come to let me in the parking garage bc the machine was broken and he was very rude because I parked before checking in. He didn’t want to let me in. Had to argue with him. Everyone else was wonderful

We booked a last minute room at the Hyatt Downtown Nashville in a pinch and needed nothing but a hot shower and a bed to sleep for the night. Unfortunately we would find ourselves very disappointed. Upon checking in we were told there would be NO WATER until the morning. The bigger problem is that they said it was expected due to some sort of construction, if they knew there would be no water why wait until we check in to tell us!? They sent me multiple emails prior to check in with details regarding the hotel but made no mention of the water situation. Had we been told before check in we could’ve found a different hotel. I feel like we were deceived and ripped off.

Great location. Great staff. Large room with Modern decor. Good breakfast. Nice view of roof top pool across the street. Great value. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night. Would stay here again.

We never received any room service. We had to pay $50 a day per car to park in their parking lot. There is construction going on that started at 6:00 am!

Great location! Just a short 5 minute walk from just about everything you would want to do! Friendly staff, very clean rooms! Only thing to be aware of is the parking… $50/night. Did not expect that one, but that is okay because we really enjoyed the stay

The hotel was very fast check in, the room was very clean and good size, the lobby was extremely cold and in the eating area. The hotel had the best free breakfast I have ever had from a hotel. Again the eating area was way too cold. The parking garage has very low ceiling.

The Bed was very comfortable! We asked for extra pillows blankets and towels and that was provided! . The bathroom was clean and the things were all layout nicely.
The shower was roomy and had a large shower head with a ton of pressure! Awesome! And came with a special dispenser for body wash , conditioner and shampoo! People were courteous kind and helpful! And continental breakfast was delicious BUT coffee was weak ;/. :)

The hotel is in a great location. Close to all the action, but still far enough away so you’re not right in the craziness. The staff are very nice & the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was decent. It was quiet despite people coming in late. I never heard them, but we had a very early departure and I saw how many people were coming in from the bars late. I never heard them.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown, close to many attractions within walking distance including Broadway and Nissan Stadium, and the Bridgestone Arena along with many venues and museums. The hotel, however, had trouble with Direct TV link, making tv viewing impossible for 18 hours or so which was at a time when an older couple like us would retreat to our room after a full day and evening activities. This was a bit of a downer but otherwise the hotel and breakfast was more than satisfactory.

Was a little off-put at time of checkout. The TVs went out on the night of the CMAs... in Nashville! I was looking forward to watching them. TV was out all night. Tried to call the front desk, nobody answered. To make matters worse, there is heavy construction going on all throughout the night right outside my window. Thats fine, but i had no TV to drown out the noise, leading to a rough night of sleep.
The worst part was when i checked out. The gentleman didnt seem to care, or even apologize. He just shut me down and hurried me along. Simply put, he didnt care.
On the bright side- breakfast is great, location is good, and beds are super comfortable.

Main floor had been flooded so the hallway was lined with blowers & fans when we arrived. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. Wish there had been a hot tub. The breakfast was very nice with good options.

Good area hotel for Bridgestone Arena event which is 8 min walk. Parking self park is $47 or they have valet. Great hot buffet breakfast. Only downfall is the area is close to the EMS and sirens were all night. We were on 6 floor facing the street. I would ask for room on the backside as it might be quieter. Good value on a weeknight in Nashville. Would stay here again. Hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient to area attractions and Broadway.

Came down for a 5 day get away. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Valet parking was quick in bringing car when we checked out. About a 5-10 min walk to Broadway. Felt like a safe place to walk. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

After a last minute change of plans we were able to get a room here. Reasonable rate, very clean, and great location very close to broadway. There is also a public parking lot right across the street which was very convenient because my truck was too tall for the hotel parking garage.

My son and I have been traveling to Nashville for the last couple of years and stayed at other hotels a distance from Broadway. However, this time we chose tgis hotel due to only being approx. 2 blocks away from Broadway and we both walked there and back and it was very close and it took about 5.minutes walk. This saved us plenty of money on taxi cabs and urber. It was worth the stay.

2 night stay to experience the Ryman, Broadway, Johnny Cash museum. The staff is exceptional, the hotel beautiful and location perfect. Parking spots are limited in the garage so be careful. I would stay here again.

Hotel is well placed for all entertainment of Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame etc.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful although we were overlooked with housekeeping one day. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Our room was large, quiet, clean and very comfortable.
