The stay was awful. The room was hot and there was no air conditioning available. There was no parking available so we had to park on the street and pay for it separately.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, the breakfast is super delicious, and the room is pretty good sized! I stayed here for the ironman triathlon and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the events. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was a nice location within easy walking distance to many local attractions. Even with the added business due to Ironman event, the staff were very friendly and very responsive. Great location, great staff, and excellent overall stay.

Beautiful hotel! Upscale and ultra clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was up to date and spotless. Kitchenette equipped with all we needed. Steps away from the lake. Plus, the staff was extremely kind and helpful😀

It was very nice! Rooms were great - they even made up the third person bed for us. Good location to center of town, pedestrian zone, and restaurants. We especially liked the rooftop
bar/restaurant where we watched the Eurocup games with other customers. Great place!

Extraordinary helpful at check-in, - personal showing way to parkhouse and upgrade to great room.
We had a drink at the rooftop bar with a nice view. Placed in town with access directly to pedestrian, shops and restaurants.
Breakfast was very nice and everything was supervised and serviced by competent and polite staff.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and skybar had amazing view and good ambience. Most of staff was attentive and friendly. Some noise coming from the main road going through town. Parking in town is somewhat expensive.

The location was excellent. The staff we found friendly and the breakfast selection was very good. The staff responded promptly and effectively to a concern about noise. Would stay again.

We got upgraded to a suite, in order for our family stay to be more comfortable, which was very nice! The design of this hotel and the suite is very cool, with diagonal walls and lines in the space. One small comment: Maybe could design it different to allow 2 separate spaces- For parents and for kids, instead of the closet, safe and mini bar space. Location is perfect, and quiet enough although right at the center. Parking is fairly expensive- 10 Euros per night, and a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would be better if parking was available in the underground parking right next to the hotel.

Good breakfast and evening meal with 2 starters ,staff friendly and helpful.Exractor fan in bathroom noisy. No air conditioning so had to have window open at night

Excellent hotel with very friendly and efficient staff in centre of Zell am See. Unfortunately it is on the main traffic street by a set of traffic lights and suffers from traffic noise, particularly as the windows have to be open for cooling. Very good breakfast but unfortunately dinner appeared to be soused in vinegar and was somewhat off putting. Has private parking area remote from hotel to which staff ferry the car to and from

Great location.. Amazing staff. Clean rooms. No view but highly recommend. Personally enjoyed staying there. Specially because of the staff and their hospitality.
