We stayed 3 days. I enjoyed so much the gardening of the hotel, how great care they give to it. I got up every morning to sit by the pool and enjoyed the birds sing. I enjoyed the outdoor pool with warm temperature. The restaurant breakfast was really good. Staff very courteous and respectful from beginning to end. I did not enjoy the uncomfortable bed and very thin pillow . So, my sleep time was not good at all. There were 4 of us and 3 of us had bad bed time experience. They need to change the mattresses and pillows. I had back pain for 3 days. Once I came back home, the pain went away . I don’t know if I am going back to that Hotel, unless they improve the bed experience. The city center was 1.5 km away, we did not mind the walking to the bus, that was a healthy experience.In fact, I wanted a quiet and small hotel no too close to the center. I really hope the owner pays attention to this review because this hotel has a great potential. This won’t be our last visit to CuernaVaca.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good. Well worth the price.

We could hear all the noise from outside in our room. In addition, we had ants in our room that would get on the bed. We reported it three different times and nothing was done until the fourth time (2 days later). After they moved us to another room, they did not come to clean or make beds the first night. We were told they were not informed of the change. I would not return to this hotel.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms were clean with fans & air conditioners. The buffet had numerous selections of tradition foods but also American breakfast. If buffet was too much, one could order ala carte from menu. Pool water was not cold. The staff could not do enough for us. We even had a manicure & pedicure at the hotel with help from staff calling a local site for us.

Beds need replacing. Bad back after sleeping there. Matresses are old and stiff

Located very close to a nice residential area, this hotel is neatly managed with a reasonable value-for-price ratio compared to the many options available in Cuernavaca. Food is excellent. Rooms are reasonable. TV never worked. The pools are nice and clean and the gardens perfectly groomed (easily done in this weather). I had stayed before for business and I wanted to come back with the family for a weekend. Had to discuss over the phone with the receptionist to get a fair rate and since I could not get a good deal for 2 rooms, I decided to go for Expedia and got a reasonable price for the rooms I needed. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay given its proximity to nice shopping areas. it is not close to downtown so you will need to use a taxi or your car to go there.

It was a good choice because it was close to family, but the hotel is old. The keybto the room was rather worn out. It waa hot and thebroom never cooled off. Bad lighting in the bathroom. It was convinient to my family but expensive for the condition.
