It was comfortable but the rooms are not that clean the bathroom had dirty walls, mirror and grime around the shower. The smallest and oldest TVs

We booked the ‘Podollan room’ for a ‘staycation’ it is a large room with a breakfast area, king sized bed and lots of pillows. A desk, couch and reclining chair. 2 person jetted tub in the main room was nice as well. The fireplace in the room sounded great, but didn’t do anything other than turn on a lightbulb inside; didn’t event look real. The bathroom is large with dual sinks, good sized shower and then a nice sized tub. The room is showing some of its age with door trim to the bathroom being loose and both doors didn’t close properly.
The complementary breakfast was great. Made by Jax restaurant, you get to pick from a smaller menu, omelette, eggs, toast, hash browns, fruit.. breakfast was great and many steps better than the typical continental breakfasts hotels typically offer.
All that said, it was a great get away and decent value.

The front desk lady was so nice! The complimentary breakfast was really good and our server was so friendly and nice! To top off our stay, I got back home a few hours away and the next day I was called to be asked if I was missing keys that I had left in the restaurant. I had no idea and I am so grateful!!!

Check was smooth, staff was very polite. The hotel has seen better days and could use some serious renos. Not just cosmetically either. There was loose tiles, ripped carpet, terrible lighting, many dings on the walls throughout the hallways. The room was decenr, not necessarily clean but not dirty either. Many years of wear and tear and same issues as described throughout the hotel. The spa was in the same condition. Cluttered and in need of attention. This once was a 5 star hotel and now would be 2.5 to 3 at best. The evening staff was rude when askrd if they kept toothpaste or other forgotten toiletries behind the front desk, as many other hotels do. We were told to check the vending machine on the 3rd floor. The elevator made all kinds of noises and sounded like it could break down at any moment. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect except for the too hard and high pillows. It was impossible to get any deep sleep when your neck was in pain and struggling with the only pillows in the room. Other hotels have a choice of soft or firm piilows on the beds. These pillows were beyond firm.

Our check-in was very good, the staff welcomed us with smiles and made us feel very welcome. We had a good rest and the breakfast was very good as well.

Great beds, spacious bathroom, and very clean. I only had 2 minor problems. It was very dark in the entire hotel, hallways, restaurant, and room. The bulbs were super dim and it felt like it was nighttime everywhere. The other issue is that the blinds let in lots of light during the night.

It was all good and the included breakfast was better than continental. Choice of an omlette, potatoes and one slice of toast or 2 toast, 2 eggs and potatoes..meat costs extra . Coffee included.
The only complaint is that I booked a bachelor suite which was advertised as being a huge 45 square metres (average room is 30) It was smaller than an average room..not big at all. It was good for the one night we stayed though but they should correct room size.

I was always happy with this hotel but this time. It was turned into a CREW HOTEL (meaning people that leave for work at 3 am).
Doors slamming, voices in hallways, shower and people stomping above us.
Not sure why the hotel people would put normal clientele on the same floor as the crew workers.
On a positive side they have a free made to order breakfast starting at 5 am.

It was a good stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have an issue with early check-in and late checkout.

Check in was easy. Jaxx restaurant/lounge on site is usually pretty good place to eat. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
The only negative was that the corridor was in poor shape. The floor was uneven in a couple places (possibly some water damage caused swelling of the underlay) and lighting could have been a bit brighter.

Stay was good. Heard oilfield workers leave and their trucks start. Then I got locked out of my room for about 30 mins, the sensor was not working

Nice comfortable rooms but they are starting to show a bit of wear. My A/C unit was a bit noisy but all in all, i would stay here again. It was good value.

This is always been a great place to stay, due to the spa being right there on site. Which is made it so convenient for a girl weekend out. but it is definitely getting rundown The two cream Accent chairs that have been In the entrance for us as long as I can remember our ripping and war out, the last I stayed here they looked terrible, this time I thought for sure they would be replaced but no, They were not. The whole place needs some renovations. Hallway Carpets are ripping, rooms are Old, and need a Face lift. Someone’s dinner dishes were still left in the hallway for two days that we were there and still not picked up. We are staying here because of the spa, but I don’t think I will stay here next time due to the Hotel maintenance not being kept up and starting to look very sloppy. Besides that there is no pool or hot tub.

Th front desk staff were nice and friendly however the restaurant staff were not ! very rude and unhelpful and seemed to not want to serve us the room was very nice and clean and perfect bed had a great sleep ! I would definitely stay here again !
