Check-in was smooth, employee was polite. No elevator which made things a little difficult when you’re traveling with things for a baby. This hotel is definitely in need of some updates. There were cracks in the wall and ceiling by the window and there was something on one of the walls that hadn’t been wiped off. The shower drain needed a good cleaning out as the water backed up past a person’s ankle while the shower was running. The bed was very nice, but the sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming off. Breakfast was very good. The pancake maker wasn’t working, but someone did come fix it. Plenty of options to choose from, which was nice. The pool didn’t open until 9, which was a little inconvenient with a little one who is up early, but much to our disappointment, the small kiddie pool was FRIGID! The main pool was a little warmer, but still not super warm. The pool area is definitely in need of updates as well. Lots of cracks everywhere. All in all it was a decent experience, but it was definitely not worth the price we paid. I doubt we will stay here again unless we know they have made some updates.

Bathroom toilet was not clean, urine around base, 💩 around the rim, mirror was not clean, sink had what looked like spit from brushing teeth, mirror in the entry was not clean- looked like someone licked their hands then swiped down the mirror. Ovwra the bathroom was gross/

We stay here everytime we go to Yankton. Great location. Clean and staff is helpful.

The room was clean and had all necessary conveniences, but the building and grounds are in need of repair and weeding.

The hot tub could have been warmer, but overall it was a good experience. I really appreciated how pet friendly they were.

Because of the worldwide data shutdown by Crowdstrike, we repeatedly experienced cancelled flights in Dallas that prohibited our ability to make the original reservation day, July 19. Orbitz should have credited our account for that day. Orbitz should not have profited by this worldwide airline problem. I have been a loyal customer of Orbitz as the record will show. Consider our Orbitz relationship done!

The lobby was clean and nice. The check-in process was easy. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was an outside room with a door leading to the parking lot. Was easy and unloading was easy to the outside door. The room was shabby. It was clean I will give them that but very dated and old. The bed was lumpy and horrible to sleep on. They gave us five pillows, but they were little squares. My husband went to take a shower and the tub was clogged. He had at least 5 inches of water in the tub. It would not drain it all, we called and they came right away to fix it, but left the big hair clog in the tub. The room was incredibly noisy with the air conditioner going off every 30 minutes or so, and we could hear all of the outside noise and the room next-door. The continental plus breakfast was good and they kept it replenished as the morning went on. I do not recommend this property at least the exterior rooms. It needs a total update.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Be aware there is no elevator so if you need to request a 1st floor room to avoid carrying luggage up stairs keep that in mind.
