Nice property overall. One mattress badly needed replacing (sunken from use).

Check in employee not super friendly. Room booked wasn't clean (this was 10:30 pm) so given an upgrade which was nice but trip too short to use in room hot tub. Noise of what we assume was an adjoining tub very loud. Room was clean though and bed comfortable. Room was very cold and hard to get a consistent temperature.

I didn’t catch her name, but the lady who checked us in was very nice. We checked in early evening and were literally just sleeping because we had to be at the hospital at 5am for a procedure, so it was a quick stay. Our room was HUGE, which was nice, since I had a child with a medical walker. Room was clean. Bed was a bit too firm for me, but it wouldn't stop me from coming back. We loved the fact there was a door to the outside, in our room, so we literally parked outside our door and could come and go easily, like old hotels on a highway have haha. It was great for easy access in and out of our room with an injured child. We left before we could enjoy breakfast, so I can't verify how that was, but the other ratings for here helped us decide on this hotel! Lots of places to eat nearby, Sanford hospital less than 2 miles away (the reason we were in Fargo, medical). We'd definitely stay here again.

The room was really warm when I walked in. Found spiders in the bathroom when I was showering. Looked like the tub hadn't been really cleaned in awhile

Our water in sink drained slowly,so a lil inconvenient. Bed tad uncomfortable.

Keys kept stop working , me and several others in my group had to get keys remade several times in the 24 hours we were there.

The door to our room was so heavy and hard to open i couldnt get in or out without help or putting my whole body into it to push it open. That scared me. Everything was great. The breakfast area was quite small bit most people figured out how to wait a hot minute when it got busy.

Really cool hotel, rustic lodge vibe. We took a picture on the outside of building and sent to our grandson who loves bears! Austin at the front desk at check in was superb and friendly! He gave us great recommendations for dinner and suggestions for our trip to National Park. We didn’t use pool but looked very cool especially for kids.

This hotel has been our go to when in Fargo. I’m usually quite pleased. One thing that was notable outside of my satisfaction is the lumpy pillows that could use updating.
Another thing worth noting is that one guest was a truck driver. His rig was parked in the centre of the parking lot taking up several stalls with the engine running the entire night to keep its refrigeration unit operating. I could hear this truck rumbling all night since it’s idling fast near the rooms. These trucks should be advised to park elsewhere.

Short drive to Hector International Airport; I always stay here when I have a flight out the next morning. Also, I love the bear photos, decor and even bears hanging outside some windows.🐻

Great location and hotel. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Coffee was like water and the scrambled eggs looked like cream of wheat. Otherwise, the happy hour and hotel are great.

The swimming pool area was really nice. I wish I could have brought my children on this trip. I showed them pictures and they were really excited - so maybe if we come back. Overall, the room was super clean, and there was attention to detail in its cleanliness. This was the first hotel room that I have felt comfortable being in in quite some time.

The bed was the most comfortable one I have had when staying at a hotel. We really liked that our room had a door to the outside. My husband has a disability, so it made it so much easier for him. At check in, our room wasn't quite ready but the front desk staff were able t change our room quickly. All staff were friendly and helpful.The decor was lovely

The staff went above and beyond! They promptly replaced our tv remote when it wasn’t working, then when I got sick brought me toast even though it was well past breakfast. The pool area looked like a lot of fun for kids.

This property was clean and updated. The initial front desk person was pretty rude since we were in town a little early and asked about early check in. I understand if rooms aren’t available yet. The other staff were very friendly.
