Our stay at this Hotel was excellent. The entire staff, from the front desk, the restaurant & bar staff, to the maintenance people, were all very helpful and friendly. We had some special requests due to our health issues, and the staff were accommodating and provided solutions readily. The hotel itself is beautiful and preserves the colonial style. It is well located near the central district and next to local shops. The Hotel Bar is stunning and a particularly a fun spot to hang out.

The hotel was very nice, but the restaurant food left a lot to be desired. We had the duck confit and it was dry and the accompanying rice was undercooked. We also had two pastas with red and white sauce and pieces of beef but they were only average. The green salad was very good though.
The breakfast was limited compared to other restaurants I'd been to recently. Although it was nice to have eggs prepared individually, the choice of meats to go with the eggs were very limited. There were no potatoes nor vegetables. There was no yoghurt drink.

Best hotel in Ouro Preto by far. Beautiful property! Super comfy and cozy rooms. The restaurant and the heated pool should be checked out!

O hotel é fantástico. Tudo impecável, super limpo, silencioso, cama super confortável, roupa de cama cheirosa, as amenidades do banheiro podem melhorar e seguir o padrao do hotel, cafe da manhã estupendo, arquitetura maravilhosa, decoração de muito bom gosto, área externa linda, piscina de água quente funcionando 24 horas, ótimo serviço de bar com preços justos. Cordialidade na chegada. Só acho que os funcionários, no geral, podem sorrir um pouco mais e perguntar na saída como foi a estadia. Super indico e vou voltar, com certeza!

Location was beautiful and the property was wonderfully renovated.
There was no complimentary water and the cleaning products they used were a bit too strong smelling, otherwise everything was wonderful.

Beautiful setting on a quiet street with a church and plaza on one side. The walk to the center is very quick. We loved our room which overlooked an interior courtyard.
The lobby is lovely - they even light candles in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Hotel is in a nice location but needs to be remodeled asap. It was probably much nicer 10 years ago... disappointing breakfast. On a brighter note, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Charming colonial building. Great location, close to all but really quiet. Our room faced the back patio and had a great view of church cupola to left. It was just big enough to take 2of us and 2 pieces of luggage. Bathroom big enough for 1 person at a time. All very clean. Staff were excellent. Food is local and very good. Excellent breakfast. Valet parking if needed. 2 pools - used the outside one which was very idyllic. We visited in February which is low season. very reasonably priced.

Lovely room customer service and food. We planned to stay only 2 nights but extended to 3 because we liked the hotel so much

We went for Semana Santa. We were right in the heart of the parades. Be prepared if you have a street facing window to hear the creating of the carpets, all night. But what an experience. We would definitely stay here again. Great, friendly staff. They even get us an Easter present!

The hotel doesn't has channels in English, the restaurant of the hotel doesn't have a lot of things (alcohols). I felt like it was to expensive for what they offer. Already stayed in amazing hotels in São Paulo for example and it costed less!

Nice hotel and facilities, including a beatiful swiming pool and charming details. It is located not far from the main atractions and in a peaceful neighborhood.

Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Great location for the price, but the drive to the hotel can be a bit daunting for a foreigner. Hotel staff speak English and were extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.
