Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the location.

The hotel must've undergone extensive renovation in recent years as the furniture looks new. Our room was cozy but adequate for a short stay. It has a French balcony with an unobstructed view of the new town. The hotel is conveniently located between the bus terminal and the old town. Using the escalator system, all attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. The continental breakfast is freshly prepared by the staff upon your order, and the staff are very friendly.

Nice clean hotel in a good position for exploring Toledo. Close to the foot of the elevator to take you up to the old city so no need to climb any steps. Short walk to train station. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Had everything we needed for a short break.

Great hotel to explore Toledo. Parked at the bus station for free and walked in (about 10 minutes). Rooms were nice, with lovely views over the city. Very close to escalators that take you up into the old town. Laura was great - she seems to do everything - everywhere we looked she was there. Very friendlu and efficient. Breakfast was nice too.

Doesn’t look the greatest from outside but inside it was spotless. All COVID precautions were observed. We had a lovely stay. The parking was close by and in that garage there were escalators that took us right up near the center of town. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced.

Nothing fancy but good location within easy walk to historic city with readily available street parking at very modest cost. Room was a bit small but was all we needed for 1 night stay.

The hotel is very well located next to every thing , alcazar, mosque of christo , cathedral also next to the center where buses , shopping and restaurants

Excellent location, short walk away from escalators leading to old Town. Pay parking on street could be a challenge if not there early enough. Front desk staff were very nice and spoke good English. Breakfast was good, excellent coffee. Our room was clean, had basic amenities, unfortunately for our trip the people next door were very noisy. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel.

A really lovely hotel, very personal service. All staff very happy to help and accommodate our young family. Delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the town. Ideal location just near the escalators and secure 24 hour parking.

Very well located by the old city without the burden of being directly in the city. Staff is very pleasant, good breakfast at a very fair price, and we could park on the street in front of the hotel.

Laura and the whole staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location is 10 minutes from the train station as well as from the cathedral and Alcazar.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was very accommodating regarding the rooms and facilities, sightseeing and restaurant questions.

Great little hotel, situated 5 mins walk from the alcazar. The hotel is managed by 8 young friends who lost their jobs sometime ago and decided to set it up. Was tidy, well situated and good value.
