Great staff and very clean. Would definitely recommend for the area and for the price! We were even allowed a late check out.

Rooms were not quiet. We could hear conversations from our neighbors, dogs barking from across the hallway

The beds are horribly uncomfortable! Like a rock! The bed skirt im pretty sure had old food and boogers. Gross! Not cleaned well at all.

This is an older hotel but it was clean. The morning desk clerk Geoffrey was so friendly and helpful.

The room was alright. The bed was comfortable, the couch was most certainly not. We were really only here long enough to sleep though.

The breakfast was very good and my husband and son, bacon, sausage eggs, various cereal, waffles, coffee, tea and other beverages. Only issue we had was the pillows could be replaced. The staff was friendly, and as we in the morning they thanked us for staying and told us to be safe on the way home. I would suggest requesting a room not close to the elevator.

The walls are very thin. Felt like the neighbors were having a conversation in our room. The highway also seemed exceptionally loud. We even questioned if the windows were open because it seemed so loud. Speaking of windows there was no ability to close the curtains and the sun blazed straight into your eyes as it came up every morning. Back to noises…the elevator ding was so loud. Seems like a random thing to complain about but we could hear its ding at every floor in our room (several rooms down AND across the hall). Positives-the staff was friendly, the grounds and room were clean. It was convenient to Indiana Dunes State and National parks.

Booked and paid for a larger king room. Upon trying to enter the room, there were issues with the soo not properly opening. Once we finally made entry, I noticed that the drapes had stains all over them and there appeared to be bread crumbs on floor, the room had an odd odor to it. In the bathroom the smell got worse, saw the sink was cracked in half. Opened the closet and saw 2 larger dead bugs. Upon seeing this, went to front desk. She informed me that that the other king rooms were booked, and all they had left was a standard queen room. This room was small, but cleaner. Did not see any major issues but room did not feel clean. Could see a cup water stain on tv stand, so obviously it had not been wiped down since last guest. Hotel over all was below average…. Main hallways and elevator looked like they had not been mopped or cleaned in weeks. This hotel had very good ratings, that is why I chose it. Not sure how it has been rated so high. Staff was very friendly… but I have not heard anything about refunding the difference in costs between the room I paid for, and the one we were forced to stay in.

Okay. Met our needs for a place to get some rest, but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The room seemed clean enough, but the stairway and hallway was dirty. It made me wonder about the room.

Great very new property. Everything looked like new, great room and shower. Right next door to Applebees.

It appears they may have had some recent remodeling….but it certainly hasn’t reached the rooms yet. Mediocre breakfast. Rooms needed cleaned. Again.

Really nice

Not what I expected for a Best Western. It felt more like a Super 8 or low scale motel. We had an outside room on the end of the building. Room was outdated and needed a good scrub in certain areas or maybe a fresh coat of paint.

The room was clean, staffs were friendly, breakfast was great, price is fair. It may look slightly dated but it was good.

There was a homeless man staying on property. And for breakfast he was in his pj taking and telling everyone his problems. Not good when you are staying there alone. Doubt I will stay there again

Property was fine except for the bed. It was so uncomfortable I had to check out early. I had to get a heating pad to work out the soreness from sleeping on it just 1 night.

It was a nice room for the price and very pet friendly !

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Both on the day and morning shift.

Overall average facility, decent breakfast and gym, friendly staff, but a bit dingy and no sanitation in gym

The room has very old beds. Old thin dirty Towels Hallways and room stanky Just a low budget hotel with a big price 😔 Js a bad experience I stay at hotels all week and this is not the answer. Hotel don't match the ratings 😕

Friendly staff, great breakfast options.

Staff was great and helpful and the room was well kept, wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast, but for the free you can still definitely get a decent nutrition there.
