Overall, the place was nice. It was comfortable, the rooms were fairly big, and the pool area was very relaxing. The booking did mention air conditioning, but because it was the off-season, we were not given the controller, even though it got a little warm in the night. They also do not provide any hand soap, which was a little inconvenient. All-in-all, it was a good stay, though. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Solo travelling woman - I felt safe, the property was clean and had all your basic needs. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and kind. The beach is about 20 mins walk (max) and the old town Malia and the archeological site of the palace of mailia is not far either. I would happily stay here again! Thank you for my stay!

The hotel is located outside of central Malia, which is harder to access by foot if you have luggage. It's walkable and the views are splendid. The air is pure as there are many olive farms surrounding the property. It's also very breazy and It's good value for money. The only annoyance was that they demand a supplement for the aircon of 10 Euros per day, which according to Experia is included in the stay. For the 2 night stay, I wasn't going to protest. Otherwise it's a good budget stay. I would recommend this property for short stays.

The staff is wonderful, management and service at the (breakfast) bar, very helpful and welcoming. We loved the pool, the lobby (incl. pool & ping pong tables) with its bar and its attractive set-up. It took only about a 10-minute leisurely walk to the best restaurants in town (Milos is a must!) and far enough for the hotel to be quiet and relaxing. We'd go back there anytime.

Very friendly owners, with the hotel further back from the beach or the louder night life. Great for either family or solo-travel, with cool rooms, a good pool, green lawns around the property and friendly bar/cafe for the evenings. I would definitely return.

I loved staying at the Real Palace, it’s a little bit out of town, 10 mins to old town, 20 mins to the strip and about 30 mins to the beach by foot but it has a lovely pool area and a well stocked bar, with sports on the screens and a lovely atmosphere. The real gems of this hotel though are the owner Manos, who is incredibly kind and helpful and the bar manager Kostas who is literally an absolute legend. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether its a family or a group and especially if travelling alone because the staff will make sure you have a great time.

Amazing stay in a fantastic social environment. Incredible staff, always willing to help and go out their way for you. Prices were extremely reasonable all around.

In a really nice little spot. Owners very friendly and easy to get on with! Brilliant for exploring around and only 20 minute walk from the nearest beaches. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay , its a Beautiful place, rooms are nice and very comfortable, there is a nice bar and a big swimming poolWe went there on low season, hotel was far from being fully booked and everything was nice and peacefull.Based on some information notices on the room, It seems that the hotel is operating with UK tour operators and that could probably turn it easily into a Teenage Party Hotel (Malia itself is more a party place than a typical Cretan location, so no suprises)Depending on what you are looking for, it good be challenging ... or not !

It was just a beginning of the season when we arrived so it was still quiet. But everything was prepared: pool, bar, music. The hotel is a little bit far away from the sea but since we enjoy walking 20-30mins weren't too much for us. I am really happy with the hotel, would definetely recomend it for everyone!
