The location is central.
The view from the room is exceptional.
However, the rate is slightly overpriced for the services provided.
The housework is very basic (many hairs found in the bed and sofa, very dusty room...).
The light switches are broken, and there are numerous impact marks in the walls that have damaged the paint.
The bathroom is nice.
No mini bar, no bathrobe (although there is a bathtub).
You'll pay for the view!

Wonderful stay other than the fact we had to park 15 minute walk away cause the intra Muros was very very busy and we couldn't find a parking spot nearer as we did last time.

Desk staff snotty. Misleading advertising saying parking is available (only if you reserve it when room is reserved). Bathroom was dirty. Mould in showers and in sink. Looked like there was stool or urine on the wall near paper dispenser. Door knobs filthy. Light bulbs burnt out.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast seemed understaffed, Barely able to set enough tables for guests. It would be great if there was a person to interact with guests and answer questions. No salt and pepper on tables.

Our 2nd time back at the hotel, hoping to make it our go-to option when in St Malo as the location is hard to beat. Secure parking best booked separately at nearby underground car park but walkable to hotel. This time we were assigned a room that was in really poor condition with stained walls and carpets and overall sense of uncleanliness which we just couldn’t accept. But we were quickly moved to a newer room by reception which we had to wait to be cleaned first, and this was worlds apart, felt like being in a different hotel! Would only stay again if we can somehow ensure we get this room again.

Disappointed. Arrived just after check in time but the room was not available until one hour after. The condition of the room was 'scruffy', the carpet was stained and the door to the bathroom was scratched and unsightly. The shower was hand held with no screen on the bath. Scantily equiped with soaps and very little in the way of tea/coffee making. Even the breakfast was badly organised and poor by many hotel standards. The only positive was the hotel's location.

myits or 4th stay here family of 5 love this hotel and one of my sons rates this as the best hotel worldwide he has had the pleasure to stay without a swimming pool unfortunately the cooling system was not operating.....so very warm rooms

Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff. Excellent location. Suggest asking for room at the rear as those overlooking the square have to put up with alot of late night noise.

The hotel was such a perfect location, really cant beat it. Lovely decor and super friendly staff. The breakfast was very worth it!
Small bits of improvement would be the room was lacking some furniture, no chairs on balcony and it would be nice to have a fridge.

Booked in for a 3 night stay the initial room that we were allocated was lacking storage when we asked for an alternative room reception staff were very accommodating. The new room was great allowing us to unpack. It was a corner room with 3 windows so plenty of light and also overlooking the front of the hotel. Good breakfast and a lovely bar area. Also a great location just within the city walls with plenty of parking close by.

Nice central position in St Malo close to restaurants and close to Tourism Office and bus stop.
Best to walk within the city walls as driving is restricted as is the parking.

A great location in St Malo We stayed the night to take family back to the Brittany Ferries port The beach is just behind and we had lovely partial sea views .We didn’t eat there this tinn my e but have before and all is excellent It is a historic old building but the rooms are renovated and very comfortable The check in staff are professional and we would recommend to our friends We will also stay there again and maybe treat our selves to a full sea view

I searched specifically for parking and it said that parking available at an extra cost of 18.00 euros but there was no parking available which was a big issue for us

Great hotel. Personable staff. Easy location for walking from the Parking garage as parking is a nightmare everywhere around San malo. Had an ocean view room. The breeze kept the room cool. It was relatively quiet. The food in the restaurant was good. Very convenient location.

The location is perfect being right inside the city walls & situated in the heart of the restaurant district. It’s a beautiful building with fantastic views. Disappointing was the weak to non-existent Wi Fi signal, coupled with no cell service for Verizon. Also odd is there is no standing shower, although there is a shower which can be used sitting in the tub.

Fabulous hotel inside the city walls. Parking was a problem till we realised we could park in the public car park, with no charges at night. Staff were lovely and the food was wonderful.

Beautiful location, lovely restaurants in the area, friendly staff in hotel and very well appointed room and bathroom.
My only criticism is driving and parking in the area, as highly pedestrianised, lots of one way streets and very tight parking bays. I wouldn't visit towing a caravan or trailer!

Traditional hotel in Saint-Malo intra muros, very good situation in Saint-Malo. A nice room on the 3rd floor with a wonderful view to the city and the city wall and bit of the harbour. The breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
