El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy correcto y con variedad

Sijainti ihan ok. Upea näköala huoneesta. Aamiainen oli ihan ok. Jokaiselle jotakin. Ei edes kolmeen viikkoon kyllästynyt sen verran vaihtelua ja valikoimaa oli.

Äänieristys olematon , jopa yskäisy naapurissa kuului. Siivous oli alle kaiken arvostelun.

Het ontbijt, het diner ( buffet met weinig variatie) Ligging van de junior suites (totaal geen zon op het balkon) Voor iedere "extra" moeten betalen. Ligging van het hotel t.o.v. torrevieja ( door grote heuvel is lopen of fietsen niet te doen en moet je gebruikmaken van taxi of bus)

La atención del personal es excelente, explicándote todas las dudas que puedas tener (horarios de comidas, visitas, etc). La ubicación del hotel es excelente, pues aunque no está a primera línea de playa (tampoco es que esté lejos) es idóneo para descansar, ya que está algo alejado de la masificación de Torrevieja, si bien tienes una parada en la puerta del hotel que te acerca a la ciudad en unos 20 minutos (1.55€/viaje). Se aparca con facilidad (entiendo que en época estival será más difícil). El desayuno es bueno, con bastante variedad (quizá se echó de menos que hubiera jamón serrano).

El wifi del hotel es muy mejorable. La limpieza es un poco justa en las habitaciones, no así en las zonas comunes, donde está todo muy limpio. El zumo del desayuno (por decir zumo) es bastante malo (al menos a mí juicio)

Pyysimme huonetta ylemmistä kerroksista, ja saimme huoneen ylimmästä kerroksesta erittäin hienolla näköalalla. Kaikista huoneista on merinäköala, sekä näkymä myös allasalueelle. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli hyvä. Tykkäämme kävellä paljon päivisin, joten sijainti oli meille oikein hyvä. Hotelli sijaitsee noin neljä kilometriä keskustasta ja kävellessä rantakatua pitkin keskustaan päin on hienoja kallioisia rantoja. Lähimmät ravintolat sijaitsevat muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Iltaisin Taksin sai myös nopeasti hotellin eteen ja hinta keskustaan oli edullinen. Noin 5€ luokkaa. Suosittelen tätä hotellia kaikille jotka arvostavat erinomaista hinta-laatusuhdetta ja tahtovat majoittua rauhallisemmalla alueella, mutta kuitenkin lyhyen taksimatkan päässä keskustan hälinästä. FUE UN POCO LIO PARA COGER EL CAFÉ, NO ESTABA INDICADO QUE ERA DE TERMO Y SU UBICACIÓN.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient that breakfast and dinner were included and there were many child friendly options. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our children loved it. The pool area was very nice.

The view was definitely not sea view. You could catch a glimpse of the sea, but the main thing we saw was the airconditioner. The food was convenient and decent, but could use a better menu. While they had activities, the days we were there, they were on a break, but we were not informed. We booked it to make sure there was entertainment for the kids and the seaview - both of which were not available for us.

We had a room with a sea view on the 7th floor, it was super spacious with a separate bedroom, it was perfect for our stay, very comfortable and everything we needed for a 3 night break to play golf in the local area.

The only negative is that the hotel is a little far out of the main resort centre, taxi rides required.

Breakfast was good, decent choice and quality. The location suited us as we don't like to be in a built up area. Great bus service and cheap taxi ride to towns.

All good, great hotel for a short break or longer.

No tea and coffee making facilities. It is the only hotel that I have ever been to that doesn’t have this

Personalmente lo que no me gustó, fue el servicio de habitaciones. En mi caso tuve que ir varias veces a recepción para que hicieran la misma. LLego a lguna vez que eran las 21:00 y todavía no se habia realizado la misma. Habitacion: 127.

Un poco alejado de la ciudad, pero no lejos. Aparcar coche muy cómodo. Vistas hermosas. Amplia habitación con salón y dormitorio. Personal muy amable Realmente me gustó.

Está un poco "cansado". No hay suficiente champú y gel en el baño. Las toallas poco viejas.

Peaceful and neat to the sea

Excellent location, great view, level walks to sandy beach in 5 mins, large room cleaned daily, comfy bed, 2 televisions, fridge, air con included,plenty of lifts, good food choice at breakfast, reasonably priced drinks at bar, also meals could be purchased daily and were reasonably priced, deep pool for swimming, kids water play area with slide, sunbed reservation not allowed till 10am when pool opened. Lovely weather for late october!

No tea making facilities in room. Had to pay for safe. Hot Food could be hotter. Evening entertainment not great, singer was poor. Better entertainment would keep more people in bar at night. Pool bar closed so food n ðrink from hotel bar/cafeteria. Not big issue but up steep steps or roundabout journey via internal hotel lift.

Spotlessly clean, good choice at breakfast, lovely staff

Evening meal was lacking, poor quality ( lasagne with hardly any meat!)

Appartement assez grand

Le manque total d’isolation, nous avons eu l’impression de dormir avec nos voisins. Et la salle de bain demanderait un peu de réparation et d’entretien .Le prix est exagéré par rapport à la qualité des lieux .

Hotel was a bit dated.

We had a lovely stay from the beginning till the end. The reception team, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies and other people working at this hotel do great jobs. Everyone was very kind, informative, and with a big smile on their faces. The rooms are big and very clean and have a lovely view on the ocean. The food was great and lots of it, every day was added something new. You could either eat inside or outside, which was great too. The swimming pool area was perfect for my children's age. They have had a lot of fun on the slide. There was a little todler pool and a big pool, which was also suitable for my older daughter as it has areas where was not very deep. There was enough sun bed for everyone.. The animation team, including Pulpi was great. They have added so much laughter to our stay. My daughters had so much fun with them. I would only suggest you add more english, we'll known songs to your disco play list since you have guests from whole Europe. Special, big thank you to Moha, for your kindness, great big smile, and love towards my little daughter. She adores You and keep asking about you ❤️.

I didn't like the fact that having a full board I had to pay extra for my drinks at the restaurant ( lunch and dinner), which was surprising and odd. You had to carry money with you. I have never seen anything like that. Other guests were also commenting and were not very happy about it.

Cleanliness

Food was the worse I have experienced in any hotel , we arrived and the lan didn't flush and no cold water. Phoned reception and no one came to fix it until I asked again in the morning but cleaner also reported it. With the heat the room had a smell due to pan not flushing . Poor choice of food at pool bar.
