Room, location, property upkeep, parking, included breakfast…everything about this place was perfect for our family trip. Highly recommend.

Gotta say I've stayed in several hotels in this area for Disney or Knott's this hotel was great very clean pool and hot tub were nice and free breakfast and parking

The check-in was prompt and friendly. The building property and rooms are in immaculate condition and clean! Thr breakfast is wonderdul with many varieties. Its very close to many shops and restaurants. I'll definitely stay again soon.

Our room was very spacious and clean! We were very impressed with our room and hotel for the pricing. Our room was facing the street and hospital so there was definitely so ambulance noise but not enough to bother us. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty good. We ate gluten free and selection was low for that. But we had eggs and fruit which was great. We were headed to Disneyland and it only took about 5 minutes to get there. If only the lines at Disneyland were as quick and easy. But the hotel was awesome!

Great stay, front desk staff excellent and friendly. Accommodated our requests and we had a nice quiet, clean room and enjoyed the extra pillows that we required. Breakfast was very good with high quality variety, hot and cold items and not pastry’s in plastic bags. Good location to Disney and Outlet stores. We will definitely stay at Ayres Hotels again.

It was a nice stay. Clean and quiet. Nice parking garage and front parking. Comfortable bed. Fridge is kinda small with no noticeable freezer. The free breakfast was fine, what you expect for a free one. The only little thing I could say that needs improvement is the air conditioner that was a bit loud. As a whole I would stay here again.

Everything was great, loved the hotel, room, and breakfast, and would definitely recommend this hotel! Our only issue was the room safe didn’t work, but told the front desk on check out, and she made a note of it. I’m certain it will be addressed.

Hotel was nice. Staff were great. Location is good except you can only make a right turn to get onto the property. So you must plan blocks ahead to make sure your position doesn't require a left turn. You will not be able to access it. They have a stupid feature that requires your room key to be in a slot in order for your room to have power. Inluding the refrigerator. We had a do not disturb sign on the door while we congregated with family and left for lunch and when we returned housekeeping had come in anyway and also removed the key for the power. We had food and milk in the fridge that felt warm when we returned so had to throw it all away. Glad it wasn't a med requiring refrigeration. Stupid. Add $4 dollars a day to the rate to keep the fridge cold.

This place was such a great stay especially for the purpose

We had an amazing stay here! The rooms were lovely, had all the amenities we would need. The breakfast was great, definitely a highlight of the stay, and changes slightly each day (includes cereal, bread, pastries, pancakes, potatoes, bacon/sausage, eggs, sauces, coffee, juices, etc.) The gym was also well equipped and I used this a few times, as well as a nice pool and jacuzzi outside. The main thing that stood out was the staff's service. I cannot thank them enough for their help during my stay. Robert (maintenance) and a lady at the front desk whose name I unfortunately got to catch, take honourable mention as they truly made the difference to my stay. I, unfortunately, had some car troubles with my hire car and they helped me to no end, and always checked I was okay! I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and kindness. I would be sure to stay with Ayres Hotel Orange again if I'm back in the area. :)

Friendly and smooth check-in. Lobby, hallways, elevator and room very clean and inviting. Furniture in room is upscale. Very nicely appointed. Close access to Disney parking. Overall, a very pleasant two days at this hotel. Definitely a hotel I’d highly recommend.

This was an overnight stay to attend an Angels game for our 23rd wedding anniversary, and they didn’t disappoint. Room was ready early and we actually had a view of angels stadium from our 4th floor room. Breakfast was great the next morning and a quick workout in the gym was excellent. I will definitely put the Ayer’s hotel chain in my favorites.

We had coachroaches in our room and was moved in the middle of the night due to this front desk male was extremely rude and not helpful and was told we had to speak to a manager in the morning because one wasn’t there .

Nice very clean hotel

I stay here multiple times a year and never have an issue.

We had an excellent stay with our two kids. The breakfast was good. Easy parking every night. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a car so it was close drive to Disney, outlets and restaurants. Only complaint was it’s right next to the highway and was a bit noisy. Not sure if this is normal for the area as it seems most hotels are off the highway.

Older property but very well maintained. While rooms and coomin areas would benefit from facelift, everything was very clean, towels and linens very good quality and overall good stay. Breakfast a bit above average.
