The good thing was the attached restaurant and store on the first floor. The not so good were the dirty rooms and restrooms. Mold on showers, dirty carpets, mold on ceiling and some walls.

Tuve muchos problemas. La habitación inicial estaba sucia. Me cambiaron. Pero había mucho ruido. Y mantenimientos. La zona no es muy bonita. Y había una cucaracha.

No respetaron mi reservacion de dos habitaciones dobles, me enviaron a dos habitaciones sencillas y cuando les mostre los detalles de mi reservacion entonces me cambiaron a dos habiotaciones dobles.En una de las habitaciones no funciono la chapa de la puerta del baño, y en la otra habitacion la television no funcionaba, los colores de la imagen no tenian control; o muy marcados o muy tenues. Nos dieron una tercera habitacion doble por el problema de la television y a esta no le funcionaba el baño, asi que nos quedamos en dos habitaciones dobles: una que no le funcionaba la chapa de la puerta del baño y otra la television.

I had a great stay, as usual. I’m a repeat guest at this hotel. As soon as I arrived the cleaning lady brought me an extra blanket before I asked.

Bad location. It is important to know this is located in front of a prison.

I have stayed at this hotel four times and find it very confortable. The staff is friendly and willing to make you feel at home. It is very easy to take public transportation as well as taxis. I think it’s one of the best options if you are on a budget.

I do enjoy staying in a two bed room . Spending the extra bucks on line is worth it. I upgraded from the one bed room at the hotel and lost the deal.

Nothing extremely fancy but the appropriate for rest on the way to continue your travel or waiting for your plane the only bad was the price for the cab to the airport close to 300 pesos .

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there were 3 hotel staff I want to mention, Luis on the day shift, a great human being really nice kid anything i needed he made every effort to accommodate me when the hotel manager was busy, 2nd shift Monica sweet 20 year old she did not speak much English but i downloaded a English Spanish translator on my phone so we could communicate, she was very nice and helpful, On the 3rd shift we had Olga who spoke excellent as she had lived in the US for many years, she is an outstanding desk clerk, the very best i have seen at a Mexican hotel.

I forgot my phone charge and they don't want to give me back, I got a friend in Monterrey He went to ask for and they don't want to give back.

Very friendly guy (Fr) at check-in. I had to stick at 3 inches of the wall to get a shower. No closet with hangars available. Always too dark from the room to the washroom. When the days are cold then the room will be (maybe 65 F - 18 C). Individual air conditioning might be good in hot days. All the times there are many guards beside the premises (kind of prison nearby).

Excellent attention and service from staff. Room clean and neat. Excellent room's WIFI service. The only problem is not having closet to hang clothes. Close to metro station. Surrounding area of the hotel not very pleasant and not nice at all, although is safe because of the police presence always due to the penitecnciary.
