Good property especially with children. It is directly across the street from McDonald's and Frisby which both have kid play areas (Frisby is free). Easy access to cabs and Uber to take you everywhere. If you're here for business or on family trip wi5h children this is not a bad option. Breakfast is good which cold and warm options.

Hotel in general was good. The employees were very nice and helpful at all times including the front desk, dining, and cleaning crew.
The hotel is well located but the lobby smells of humidity and also the rooms (we had 2).

We were three people . Two adults and a child. Our first room was dirty, we found a cockroach and it was very small for the three of us. We got a new room and it was a good size but neither, the phone or internet worked, so if there was an emergency we were on our own. The elevator is horrible. It is a sauna. I had never been in an elevator that hot. I complained and they told me that there was nothing to do. So if for a treason the elevator breaks down and people are inside, people are not going to make it. It is a liability.
The people at the hotel were kind and friend and always had a beautiful smile.

I am so glad I picked this hotel to stay in for our family trip to Cartagena. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast bar options were exquisite. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Everything such as restaurants, malls, etc. are all in walking distance.

Dusty, cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately so so dirty in every way. Elevators dirty, Balcony simply a complete mess, dirt inside the room, TV stand breaking apart, safety box not working, furniture in terrible condition. Public areas dirty.

The property is located in safe Bocagrande area. In front of a McDonalds. Walking distance for restaurants, shops etc. The hotel offers free breakfast, but it leaves a lot to be desired. Basic eggs, ham, bread, juice and the coffee is from a machine which drips very slow. Its not bad but its not good. The room is actually nice and comfortable. And for the price its worth it. J

Property management was very inattentive to ones needs as a guest. Not being able to have extra guest without a charge when you book your reservation for 2 people and only one person checks in...so you should be able to have a guest visit. Just not a guest friendly Property

Didn’t like anything about this property.No tissues/napkins in room even I asked for that but they didn’t give. No bottle of water in room. Smell bad. Mattress gave me back pain. No soap in bathroom. Water pressure zero in shower.
Breakfast sucked. Same thing every day. Charged me extra for what I was supposed to pay. Not safe
