Perfect hotel to spend the night to catch an early flight…not too early though as the first tram stopping at the nearby station, Cadera Issatier, starts at 4h45 am and there is no hotel shuttle available, to my knowledge (it takes 25 minutes to walk to the airport on a good sidewalk partially illuminated), based on my own experience (traveling on a Thursday). Restaurant in their sister property was very good value for money and the staff was nice and attentive. Room was clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly.

The room was infested with over 20 mosquitos ! The bathroom had even more The hotel does not have mosquito screen on the windows and leave windows open during cleaning every day !!!

Booked on the basis of all the exceptional reviews but it's nothing more than a basic road-side stopover hotel. I desperately needed a long and comfortable sleep after weeks of travel in intense heat. However, the aircon is controlled by reception and I was blasted awake at 7am with 24 degrees in the room. Signs on the window telling you not to open them and to ask reception to change the temperature. Had to go down to reception at 7am to ask them to turn it down, she told me I could have 19 degrees and no less. Restaurant service very slow, overpriced menu, and I was overcharged - it was returned after I checked my receipt, but was one of many trips back and forth to reception. Rubbish overflowing outside, no black-out blinds in the room, tiny shower with an unhygienic curtain that sticks to you, no hairdryer. Two tiny pillows with no spares - by that time I was too exhausted to go back down yet again and ask for another. I had intended to extend my stay so unloaded my car, but the night was so uncomfortable I left the next day. Check out is noon, I was locked out of my room at 12 exactly with half of my bags still inside. Yet another trip down to reception to get back in. It's fine if you want a one-night stopover but it's not exceptional by any stretch of the imagination.

On the team line, easy from airport, restaurants, Aldi and Lidl walking distance. My biggest issue is the bathroom stunk, like moldy sitting water. I arrived after 1am so was too tired to complain and change rooms, but the drain in my room definitely needed bleach. Beds were comfy, room was decent, microwave for use in lobby was a bonus.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. To be improved- no toiletries available. Lights were either on or off together - no control. Room was really cold - unable to make it warmer. After long journeys -, just want to relax in room - lack of choice - either a glass to take to room of reasonable wine or a pichon of boxed.

We got to the hotel around 1am and there was someone at the desk to greet us and check us in. The rooms are small… the bathroom even smaller. The towels need to be changed desperately and the shower head is falling off. The shower is also very small barely fitting one person so it’s hard for the shower curtain to not touch you. The pillows were like half the size of regular pillows. There were stains on the curtains and on the walls. We only stayed one night so it was tolerable and it was pretty convenient how close it was to the airport considering how late we landed. It’s tolerable for a very short stay id say but wouldn’t recommend.

Very good value, friendly staff. Sink plug didn't work which does not help when wet shaving. Microwave to use I'm communal area, so can go to aldi, ten min walk, grab something there and ping!

Staff at reception were rude/unfriendly. French style. There is next to the hotel a pop-up caravan site. Travellers, they decided to play very loud music from their pop-up tent, they could have invited us to join the party. Wouldn't recommend staying here again. Had a horrible nights sleep. As I couldn't get to sleep due to the noise coming from the all night rave

Heaps of mosquitos in the room, as well as dead ones that had been squished (presumably by previous guests) on the ceiling and walls. It was fine for a single night by the airport but we probably won’t stay here again.

Perfect location / next to Vondelpark and walk distance to the city centre. The hotel itself though is extremely old and you can hear people and footsteps outside the room.

Clean, tidy, modern with a bar and restaurant in the building. Good value for money asnd close to the airport.

It’s very basic, which is fine for the price paid, I have no problem with that when I just need a place to sleep. But when the beds are so hard that sleeping is not an option, then there is nothing left. There where also teenagers listening to loud music on the parking lot under our window the whole evening. Breakfast was fine so not a terrible review.

Very conveniently located close to airport but far enough away so quiet. Next to public transport (incl upcoming tramway line) and adjacent to ring road/ autoroute, so easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. Excellent AC, a real plus for summertime. Otherwise, there were some annoyances (hot water supply waxed and waned on far top corner of building so adjusting it for comfort was "challenging"). Staff were almost all hospitable and helpful. Not always the case in France, so it was appreciated. Hotel is targeted to business travellers/overnighters, so the premium is on functionality not luxury. Obvious by location and price point. Bear that in mind. Excellent choice in that context, even if the plumbing needs some maintenance and or upgrade post-pandemic lockdowns.

Great for a quick, cheap solo stay the night before my early flight. Front desk check in was super helpful and scheduled me a cab for the morning (20 euros to airport). The bathroom didn’t have soap but room was clean (small, but expected) and bed was comfortable. Didn’t use shower.

Very clean hotel and room, comfy bed, friendly staff, good service. Room had most basic necessities. No coffee, fridge, hair dryer or little toiletries.

Everything is same as the pictures shown, great location, easy to go to city and airport. The reception is not 24 hr but you can find some one from next door hotel Campanile's reception (same building, same team)

Room was clean. The service shared by the group hotel, Campanile, on the same location was good. The restaurant in Campanile offered delicious dinner buffet with selections. The young waiter provided the best services that out of my expectation. The young waitress also provide good service with nice smile and attitude. I forgot to ask their name. I have to give a thumb up to them, as well the receptionist.

Convenient to airport and good place to stay for 1 night before or after flight to Bordeaux.

We arrived when front desk was closed, so had to go to adjoining hotel to check in. Room was fine, clean, comfortable bed, and the price was very reasonable. The next day had a bad experience with person at front desk - we had a coffee in the dining room before the front desk opened. While we were drinking coffee he arrived and when we went to pay he was very rude and said that the dining room was only for people having the full breakfast. We were supposed to use a machine in a room off to the back, which we didn’t know about.
