Sandy and her colleagues were absolutely lovely - they couldn't do enough to help out. We were there for a very short stay and made feel very welcome. The shared bathroom I thought was going to be the main issue but they were kept so clean it worked out just fine.

Thank you for a lovely stay! Ian was fantastic. The place was spotless and the little extras of tea/coffee/toast were much appreciated.

We LOVED our stay …Sandie was so fabulous!
She was the perfect host made us feel very welcome the lodge was incredibly clean ,I’ve never seen such cleanliness around the kitchen and bathroom areas, the plants are lovely ,it made us feel very at home.
The Expedia listing was inaccurate regarding what we thought we were paying for , i’ve been to thredbo many times, when I saw that the parking was free and on-site it was a no brainer for me to book as I knew how thredbo has very few parking spaces for the apartments in the village. So this lodge is like most of the other lodges where you park 500 m to a kilometre away from lodging in a giant car park ,it is free. The listing didn’t say it was a shared bathroom. The listing also didn’t say you need to bring your own towels or pay a $5 deposit for a towel.
That being said we had a lovely stay.

Management would not rebook me for next year (2022) even though lifts were not operating due to NSW Covid Lockdown. This is a highly capitalistic establishment. Will never ever stay there in the future.

Great comfortable stay. Got everything we needed there. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen and common areas, free cereal, toast, tea and coffee. The lodge is a short easy walk up the hill but there is no car park on-site. You need to u load your bags out the front and the car parking is in the village at the bottom at the overnight car park which is free. About 10mins walk away

Ian is a cheery and experienced host. Very helpful on check in and getting the evening fire 🔥 going before sunset and a chat by the fire.
Don’t forget your towel and pillow.

Ian was extremely friendly and helpful, and created a cosy and welcoming environment at Aneeki. The room was comfortable, and the common areas were really nice to come home to after a long day of skiing! We spent our evenings sitting by the fire, playing card games with a few drinks. Thanks Ian for hosting us!

I was really impressed that they didn’t tell me to control my 7 yr old more! He was forever running around and making lots of noise and talking to everyone there !!

We have always stayed in our apartments when visiting Thredbo but liked the 'down to earth' sound of Aneeki so decided to give lodge accommodation a go. It was the best decision we ever made!
The place was incredibly warm, cosy, clean and convenient. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable, including other really friendly guests.
The amazing views over the village and across to the slopes, the open fireplace and the well-equipped commercial kitchen were so nice to come home to. And after spending the night relaxing by the fire and cooking dinner, the beds assured us of a great night's sleep.
The bathrooms are also really clean and warm.
We are already planning our next trip back and assuming we can get in, won't stay anywhere else from now on.
The owner Jenny was really friendly and helpful and the super friendly managers Ian and Wendy kept the lodge in beautiful condition and made us feel really welcome and right at home.

It was not as advertised. We were disappointed and left early because our room was too small for two children and two adults.

We stayed at Aneeki Ski Lodge for a week and stayed in the family room. The room had its own bathroom and toilet but the rooms upstairs had to share 4 bathrooms and toilets. Our room also had a bar fridge and television. The rooms are small but you only sleep there. Most of the time is spent skiing and time spent in the communal lounge room around the open fire. Ian and Wendy, the hosts, are absolutely awesome and will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t have any wifi when we were there but it was put on just before we left so future guests can enjoy free internet. Personally, I had and excellent time while I was there and would recommend Aneeki to anyone that wants to relax after a full day of skiing.

Clean comfortable and warm. ffffaabbbbbbbb
seriously this web site does not make it easy to leave a message when you don't have much time.
I'm thinking of quitting and you get no rating.

Comfortable stay, the lodge has an old time warmth about it. Rooms are warm and when the lounge room fire is on makes for a very comfortable stay. Amenities are plentiful with access to cooking, four shared bathrooms and storage amenities. Continental breakfast offered. Car park abut of a doozy as there is no drop off point - was aptly harassed by Thredbo worker to get off his car park upon arrival. Needs a predetermined drop off zone. Car park a little inconvenient if lugging families and more luggage.

Place is ok, clean, value for money but getting a bit run down and could do with a face lift. Bring your own pillow.

Basic accomodation, very cramped with four people in a tiny room.
2.0 / 10.0
The room was small with few facilities besides a bed. Access to the lodge was via the driveway of an adjacent lodge or up a set of steps that were unsafe due to erosion and lack of maintenance
