We rented a Suit (#19) for a day, $246 . The room is very small, the bed produced a lot of noise. the AC Unit is just in the close beside the bed close to you (no easy to sleep with the noise of the unit).
The toilet paper is like paper sand, take your own toilet paper with you .
The exterior lights were on all the night and the lights goes inside the bedroom, not easy to sleep.

I love staying at this hotel it’s simple clean access to the beach and everything is walking distance. I had a blast just went for 1 night danced drank shopped and ended the night with a moonlight walk on the beach with my love!!

EXCELLENT LOCATION! If you turn left and take a 5 min walk you’re at a beautiful quieter beach. If you turn right and walk 5 min you’re in the middle of the Village for restaurants, ice cream, market. Beautiful and well maintained courtyard, updated room but rather small for families. Other negative (my main one) is air conditioner circulation/ventilation is lacking. Feels stuffy and doesn’t smell fresh.

Best part was the proximately to the beach and all other local attractions. 2 Min walk to beach and dinning and all the main attractions. Hotel staff were fabulous. Many free things to make your beach life easier (free wagon beach chairs) and whatever someone left there, such as beach umbrella's ! Free towel exchange anytime, easy parking literally right outside your room. This particular places quarters were quite small, but sister company has larger living space. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The room was very small. Fridge didn’t work and leaked in room. Microwave didn’t work. Tried to plug it in elsewhere and it blew the breaker to our room. Room was clean and staff was attentive on the other hand.

It is a 5 walk to the beach and town, and all the beach amenities and bikes supplied by the property are hard to beat! This is our second stay here and we will likely be back in the future.

Everything was great but it wouldve been nice to have a curtain for the window beside the door. The night light was too bright even with the shades closed.

Stayed in 14 and it was very nice. Only thing I would change would be to have a coffee table and or end tables in the room. I didn't have anywhere to sit my cup! Overall, very satisfied and plan to go back again. 😃

Loved the location and the quaintness was fitting for what we wanted.

I hate to give bad reviews, this place would have been a 5 star review because everything was perfect except the bed. I am not one to spend a a lot of time in our room on vacation but to sleep and that is one thing I didn’t get. The bed was horrible lumpy in all the wrong places.

Only issue was the air conditioner was really loud and woke me up multiple times a night. Other than that great little place.

I liked the fact you are located close to the beach and restaurants. Check out time is too early, should be at least 11 or 12:00. Beach towels were still damp when we got them. Overall room was nice and clean, the staff were nice.

We have been coming to this property for several years now. Always a great experience. Great staff, very clean and so convenient to beach, dining and shopping. We fly in and use a car service to drop us off and away we go. The beach amenities are perfect and having access to the bicycles is so fun. We will be back!

This was nice enough for a couple of nights. The room was a little small for any longer of a stay. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put supplies. No counter space at all. Area was a little too crowded for us too. BUT it was nicely remodeled and very clean. The front desk associates were very friendly too.

Siesta Key beachside villas was a beautiful resort for an overnight stay, so clean and decor and furnishings immaculate and lovely. Enjoyed cocktails and beer and dinner at the Big Tiki hut venue they are in affiliation with and chicken nachos was some of the nicest food in our whole 3 weeks in Florida. The beach, 5 mins walk away, is absolutely stunning. Had 2 lovely days there. We had a wonderful night stay as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back soon :)

The property was super cute and very clean the inside of our villa was like new they were redone very nice I would definitely recommend very close to beach ,restaurants ,shops and bars loved it

Awesome stay. Three minute walk to beach. Walkable to the main drag with shops and food. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and cute grounds. Staff welcoming and friendly. They offer beach chairs and towels in every room. Will def come again next year. I loved it.

We absolutely loved this property. Perfectly located between the beach and Siesta Key Village. The studio room was also super comfortable. Very small, but nice, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We plan to return!

Very nice resort close to Siesta Key Beach. It was nice and clean and staff were fantastic! The use of wagon, beach chairs and cooler was a great benefit. Will stay there again.

We loved the resort room was a little small for my family of four though no places for our clothes and luggages. We moved some furniture around to accommodate. Loved the location to beach and shopping and restaurants!!! I would definitely stay again with my best friend, a little tight for a family of four 2 teenagers and my husband and I.
