Nice place.

Great place to stay. The only things that we’d like to address is that Expedia recommends that the check in at 1:00 pm and it is actually 2:00 pm. It would be helpful to get the correct information.

The hotel was in a wonderful position for exploring the old town and for an opera performance at the Perez Galdos Theatre. As a bonus, from our balcony we also saw the end of the last procession of Carnival 2024! The bus station is just across the way and there are shops and cafes within easy walking distance. It is a simply-furnished city hotel, with modern fittings and friendly, helpful staff. There are noisy roads nearby, but tne soundproofing is good. The breakfast is not lavish, but good quality and well worth the extra charge!

The advantages of booking here are that the hotel is reasonably priced and if you want to be near Las Palmas it's not in a bad location. It's actually right next to the santelmo bus stop so if you don't feel like paying for a taxi that's a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. On the downside my room was not exceptionally clean with stray hairs and dust found in certain places. The exterior of the building is quite dated and the air conditioning unit in my particular room was rather noisy. Also it's at a busy intersection so it's not uncommon to hear traffic from the street even if you're on the 4th floor. For 80 dollars a night it's not a bad choice but there are certainly better options.

Excelente staff

It was very convenient, adjacent to the san telmo bus station. Very clean and tidy. The reception staff were excellent and knowledgeable.

Very nice hotel in the centre of town. No noise issues. Ideal if you are planning to use the buses to explore the island as close to the main San Telmo bus station. If you are looking for a beach holiday then this one is not for you, although it's easy to get a bus to Santa Catalina (10 minutes)

Location is great, close to bus station, shopping, restaurants and historical landmarks. Excellent service and most helpful with all questions.

The staff person who welcomed us was 5 star. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and near to transportation, across from a park and the area is very nice for walking about. Having the upper floor - which was open for breakfast only - open later for sitting, coffee, and taking in the view would have been nice. We only found Spanish language TV, so we watched news and late night movies on our laptop. There was not tea kettle, but the staff very kindly brought one with cups and spoons.

Very nice hotell. Great with balcony - (Missed 2 chairs on the balcony though….) Nice staff.

Nice hotel, best location in city center, many bars and shops around, nice staff, very soft and comfortable beds, cosy rooms, we had all we need, friendly with children, quiet hotel, very good price compare to services, right next to hotel, under park city parking.

Great stay, Great service, Great location.

The hotel overlooks San Telmo Park and is very convenient for the main bus station. The rooms were modern although a bit small but perfect for me as a solo traveler. Happy to return

Very clean and friendly helpful staff

Great location, nice rooms but small, balcony very small and no furniture so not worth extra money. Bar on ground floor lovely. Great Japanese restaurant next door for dinner. Breakfast good although I wish they had teapots and jugs for milk as a tea drinker. Staff were helpful and friendly. Mini bar fairly priced. Across the road from bus station with great sea views from sixth floor restaurant. I will be back

Ok hotel

I loved that the hotel was convenient to the bus station and walking to the main streets for shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and offered a bistro and breakfast which was wonderful. A little of everything to choose from with a great view of the ocean and harbor. I had not stayed in Europe yet and the small beds surprised me, but the room was nice and clean and accomodating.

We offer to pay with bank transfer before our check in, they didn't allow .. refrigrator wasn't working. Parking is 10 min away also we had to pay for parking. Breakfast was good .

Ok hotel with great location. I was promised a bath tub when i booked, whoch tirned out beimg just a shower. When I asked at the front desk about it I was told they don’t have any rooms with bath tubs. When I showed her the booking confirmation, she couldn’t explain it. She was very good in english but it did bug me how terribly bad other staff were. Why work in a hotel with international customers without knowing a word english? Unbelievable.

Easy to move by bus such places as airport, new towns, deserts, and mountains area. And also can walk around old towns and the Ann cathedral. Receptionists are very kind to talk, these were very helpful.
