Room was located next to pipes on a roof. It was raining. The noise was loud. Housekeeping the next morning cleaning the surrounding rooms was loud with their music blaring.

the trip was great. love the room but they did not have Spanish channel I love to travel been to so many Hotels. this is the first time I been to a Hotel that did not provided Spanish channel. it will be great to have at less one or two Spanish channel and by the way your need to upgrade that TV. while I was watching TV it keep getting darker and darker

I always stay here when I visit family in NYC. It is attached to an outdoor shopping mall so you have everything you need within reach. The breakfast is extensive and has good healthy options. I love the lack of paper plates and styrofoam cups. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable and roomy. The staff are welcoming and helpful. This is a quiet, clean gem of a hotel. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. Service was excellent; breakfast was great; room was large and clean. Parking is odd - a mall parking lot - but well explained. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a walkable distance and located in a nice shopping mall. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again

Four night stay multipurpose trip. Fair price
for NYC area. Staff is welcoming, responsive and attentive. Hotel is comfortable and clean, rooms are large and well equipped (just a little worn but well kept and clean) breakfast is adequate (used to be more interesting). Location is excellent. If with a car, parking is free and just 2 minutes from major hi ways. In middle of streetscape mall makes a variety of restaurants and shops, just outside the door.

When i arrived the staff was really nice, friendy. There's outside shopping outside of the hotel, many shopping and food options. Breakfast in the morning was good aswell. The room was spacious, gorgeous bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay.

Really liked the accessibility to shopping, convenient parking, and the staff is so friendly.
We disliked being in a room that seemed to be very close to an extremely loud a/c unit or something that would rev up and run so loudly and then shut off only to start back up minutes later. This occurred all day and night and was not great for our jet lagged sleep.

Great location, lots of food options within walking distance. The room itself was a bit dated and the door had a 1-inch gap to the hallway which was strange. Very friendly staff!

Great overall but my room was very much malfunctioning. The light would turn on maybe a second after I flipped the switch instead of instantly and when I took a shower the water would spill out to the hallway
