Great stay! Great location! Perfect for walking down by the river or up to the adorable little town. We were worried about parking, but actually - it wasn't a problem - just sometimes you had to park in the lower public parking lot - but that was fine. Our room was right next to the elevator and we were worried it would be noisey - but it wasn't at all. There was also a dog you cold hear in the hall that kept barking - but once we were in our room - we couldn't hear it. Great location to visit Niagara Falls USA! We spent our evenings hanging out down by the river listening to the live music at the restaurants/bars down there. Also lots of restaurants and live music up in town (short walk up the hill) and great little town to walk around and check out some of the beautiful homes. Would definitely go back!!

Excellent place at an excellent price, nice for a little getaway or if you're going to be headed in an Niagara falls or seeing a concert at art Park. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. Rooms were very nice, clean. Great view, nice patios. Parking is a little tight, but we were there in a very busy weekend.

Our stay was great. Very friendly staff, especially the girl that checked us in. I wish I got her name but she was working 2nd shift, glasses with short curly hair. She was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the location and town. The room was outdated. There was chipping paint and stained tile in the bathroom. They only gave us 2 towels for three days. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
There was a wedding held at the hotel that had music thumping until 11 pm.

I have no complaints about the service at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice location and large, attractive room. Included breakfast was similar to most hotelsvthat include breakfast. A few problems - remote for electric fireplace had expired batteries. Small issue and front desk replaced when asked. There was a loud vibrational noise that would kick on and off - never really sure what it was. The wifi was unreliable, going in and out repeatedly. That said, staff were nice and overall it is a good choice. Would stay again.

What an amazing experience we had at Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa! Very friendly Hotel Personnel and what a nice area to stay in! We hope to go back soon! I highly recommend this beautiful Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in a fabulous place near the Falls!

We LOVED that our room was so big with updated decor. However we paid extra for an upgraded room with whirlpool jaccuzi and we were told all upgraded rooms are on the first floor. We were also disappointed our view was facing nothing but overgrown bushes 10 feet from our window. We also heard every step from the people above us… through most of the night and early morning. Also annoying was despite the huge bathroom, they did not provide a light above the vanity. It was so bad I didn’t use it for applying makeup. If it weren’t for these several things, are stay was perfect!

Loved our room the only problem was the air conditioning wasn’t the greatest.

My room no was 307. The air conditioner is working but never give cool. I reduce until minimum but its hoter than outside.. the accual temperature not going down below 73 degrees. So we stay 3 people, but nobody slerp well because it was hot.
And romm not enough light and the table lamp has out of order. And i like tea but i see only coffee packet there.

Clean and surrounding area had beautiful views and a couple of good restaurants. Hotel did not have restaurant or it's bar opened( only weekends)

This building is too old and the owner renovated normally and simple , and breakfast is very normal, of course environment was very peaceful

Old looking. Weird smell upon room entry. ‘80’s style tile in shower/bathroom. Needs new bed pillows. Missing shampoo/conditioner. No soap dish for hand soap. HORRIBLE staff at check-in. Nicks/scratches/chips around most door frames.

Went for a show at Art Park. Walkable to a great Gastro Pub and the venue. Also had a free breakfast! Would go back again, very nice town.

They had a local band across the road they were wonderful and the ice cream shop was really good too 👍 will be back with the family thank you
