Hotel with good service and clean. However, maintenance is poor, they do not have irons and tables, one day the shower was cold, not all treadmills were working, etc.

I had a fantastic stay at the Blue Tree Premium Alphaville. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The room service was prompt and excellent, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations!

Very nice hotel in a lovely part of town. The room rated 5 stars except the shower head that liudly dripped and the aging carpet.

The first time to stay at Alphaville. The hotel situated at the very convenient commercial area, which has a lot of eating options, including cafe. The supermarket is walking distance. The staffs were nice and very efficient. The only thing missing was coffee maker and hot pot in the room. Otherwise, very comfortable.

Bed sheets and towels were not clean. Furniture such as the sofa and the work chair had stains on the fabric.

For the price it is certainly worth staying . Not only is it competitive in cost but is a well and clean hotel. I would highly recommended and stay hear again. The shower presure is great but not necessay - you can reduce water consumption in have by simply placing regalators o. The shower and faucet...The only thing is that one of our rooms had a musty stay... other than this great.

Couldn’t sleep, even at the 6 floor I heard a noisy crowded meeting till past midnight and I needed to wake up at 3:30 am.

They did not have the room I purchased for the first night and I was not reimbursed the rate difference. But once they straightened out the wrong room situation, it was a very enjoyable stay. No additional issues.

Eu entendi que o café da manhã era free. Pedi no quarto, por questões relacionadas à COVID, e na saída paguei R$76,00. Entendo que possa haver uma taxa extra para tomar café no quarto, mas esse não me pareceu um valor justo.

This hotel has gotten full customer service down to a science. FRIENDLY staff at check in, Danilo, you are the best, and the other members of the front desk staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious the food at the restaurant is great, plus the location is great, close to shops and great eats right across the street. Looking forward to my next trip and stay at the Blue Tree.
