Really friendly staff that know what they're doing. Bar has an excellent selection of whisky available . Dining is nice and relaxed with very good food.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need but are not 5 star but then neither is the price. Breakfast is freshly made for you and of good quality and well cooked.
Would definitely return to stay again.

Fabulous hotel. Staff was attentive and friendly. Restaurant was fantastic and the bartenders, Alister and Jonathan were incredibly knowledgeable regarding local whiskys and great conversationalists. The room was newly remodeled, super clean and comfortable, with a hot shower with great water pressure and a nice bathtub. Highly recommended if staying in Elgin.

First time staying in this hotel as my usual for Elgin was fully booked. Hotel was ok but breakfast was swimming in grease, couldn't eat it so left with a bit of toast and orange juice.

Great dining experience and the staff were excellent. However, the room was a little cramped. En suite was tiny and the sink was in the actual bedroom as not enough room in to accommodate it in the en suite. The room wasn't worth the £106 I paid for it. I was expecting more after checking it out online first..

Comfortable rooms. Nice bar area and good location for the town. Doesn’t do anything outstanding but doesn’t do anything wrong so ideal standard hotel for anyone.

The hotel was clean and quite modern and the staff were attentive and helpful. I think due to the age of the building the walls seemed to be quite this so i could hear the TV from the adjoining room along with conversations and shouting. Also the room above was occupied and you could clearly hear them moving around. Despite this i enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to other travellers

Wonderful hotel excellent staff. Kim serving breakfast was a daily delight and nick the bartender converted our vacation from merely good to outstanding and excellent! Staying there for a scotch whisky tour and ending every evening in their well stocked bar was absolutely perfect! Hope I get to do it again!
