We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very clean comfortable room. Excellent walk in shower. Breakfast nicely cooked, but would have happily paid extra for choice of fruit, yoghurt, sugar-free muesli and organic sausages etc.

Exceptional location and accommodations. Everything one could ask for eas provided and extremely well laid out. Room was emaculate and brreakfadt was first rate. We were extremely pleased.

This is a great little hotel. Teally freindly staff and i would definitely stay again.

Lovely room with all the facilities you need. Friendly and helpful hosts and fabulous freshly cooked full breakfast. Parking on site and easy walk into town. Will definitely stay there again.

Homely welcome and stay.

Great stay. Very convenient location, a short walk from centre and lovely people who looked after us extremely well. Highly recommended.

The owners were super friendly and helpful, they had map ready and show us where to go. The hotel is centrally located, easy walking distance to town, our room was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

One bed had no sheets was dirty and we found a dead bed bug in it. Gross

Wonderful b & b, excellent hosts, delicious breakfast, everywhere extremely clean. Very close to Stratford centre, parked the car & didn’t use it again until we left. Thank you Maria & Martin, we will return & recommend you.

Good service, comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast service was quick and friendly. Front door is very heavy, would be easier to open with a handle on the inside. Conveniently located, a short, approximately 15-20 minute, walk into Stratford. All in all a good stay.

The property surrounding the hotel was not kept up well. The room was small and faced a busy street. Scaffolding was present on the outside.

Ideally located with only a 10 minute walk into central Stratford-upon-Avon via the old tramway pathway and road bridge. Excellent breakfast and a good choice.

Perfect location for a quick theatre trip...

Martin was an amazing host. We arrived later in the evening, after a long drive from Heathrow, and it was nice to see a smiling face. Cozy room and so quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order. Early morning walk across the park to the town was the best way to start our vacation. Two nights of Bliss, Thank you Martin and Maria!

A Wonderful place to stay , From the minute we walked in we were made extremely welcome by Maria. Our room 7 was simply perfect , & spotlessly clean, lots of lovely little extras, Such as bottled water, chocolate mints , plenty of tea/ coffee etc ,Fresh milk was also available which is a massive tick as I dislike the UHT ,Quality toiletries. Breakfast was superb I had my favourite scrambled eggs & smoked salmon , cooked just the way I like it, upon request ! A lovely 10 minute walk in to town . It was obvious that Martin & Maria are very proud of their lovely Guest house & rightly so, We would not hesitate in highly recommend this place & we will definitely be returning one day Paul & Denise x

Excellent in every way.

The hosts or owners were very nice people, the service were excellent. The only thing really was the towels smelled like they were not washed at all but were just folded after use. After I used one of them the smell stayed in my skin and so I took a shower once more and just used my clean shirt to dry me because all the towels smelled the same. I was sad but I did not want to hurt the owners because they were extra nice

Couldn't fault anything about our stay. The room, bathroom and restaurant were all immaculate, in fact the whole place was spotless. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely recommend Avonpark to friends and family.

Really friendly owners and a fabulous breakfast! We didn't need to use the car as it was so close to the town centre.

Everything about our stay at Avonpark house was excellent, very friendly staff and excellent facilities and food. I will be returning again. Very highly recommended.

I have stayed in stratford several times in the past, and Avonpark now ranks, far and away, as the best. It was very clean and orderly with great views, outstanding location, fair pricing, wonderful (and customized for each person) hot and cold breakfasts, and, most importantly, has the friendliest and most accommodating owners and staff that a traveler could ask for. They also had some clever and helpful schemes for service during pandemic times that made everyone feel even more comfy and safe. I highly recommend and will use again as soon as I can.
