We had 3 rooms for our family to attend the Journey to Bethlehem. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and we will continue to come back. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast is great.

This is my fifth time going there so it’s a definite winner for me. The staff was good, and it was a restorative stay. The steam and cold room seemed to be out of order this time around but it is not enough to discourage me from going back in the future. The breakfast is convenient and a good way to start the day. I highly recommended this place

Our stay was acceptable, the place was clean however when I asked for my room to be cleaned after the second day housekeeping said they "didn't do that" so I cleaned the room myself. They gave me mop and gave me cleaning stuff to clean my room.
The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful even the housekeepers were very courteous even though they did not wish to clean my room the grounds were clean the breakfast was okay all in all it was a nice day I did not like my room right behind the front desk as it was quite noisy early mornings and late nights when people were checking out and checking in also the last night we were there there were kids on both sides of us got no sleep whatsoevery

I didn’t like our room which had no view. It was on the bottom floor (115) and was looking up to the driveway. You should let people know before booking the room that there is no view. The hallway and room carpets looked old and stained. The TV was not turning on and we had to call the front office twice to turn it on and the volume was fluctuating without touching the controls. I would not stay here again. It was a surprise 50th anniversary surprise for my wife and I was not impressed especially for the amount of money I paid for a two night stay.

The grounds and maintenance of the property is excellent! The theatre, the pool, the Koi pond, the trails, and the varied amenities were top quality. Excellent! Highly recommend.

Check in/out process was simple and quick. The whole resort is well kept with many places to sit and relax outside. We had a room with a balcony which was wonderful to sit and relax in the evening. It was surprisingly quiet and the breakfast had an array of hot foods that you don’t typically see for continental breakfast.

The breakfast has really gone down over the years. I watched the hostess put in fresh eggs and by the time I got back to my table, they were cold. It used to be our favorite place to stay because of the breakfast, but the last few times have disappointed us.

Beds are uncomfortable they are memory foam, a/c was so noisy it kept me awake most of the night, the floor of the shower is so cracklie. The hotel was pretty quiet even though it was full.
