I like this hotel its food is diverse and service was from people well trained.

I'm never sure how to rate a hotel. This was a super nice hotel, and for us it was 5 stars, but it's not the Paris Ritz. We couldn't have been more pleased with our room. Lots of space, clean, wonderful bathroom with a big shower. We loved the Chalon restaurant, excellent food and service. The big indoor pool was a great place to relax. All the staff were more than friendly and helpful. Flip side, they were switching out their WiFi equipment and there were a number of inopportune outages, like when I was ready to check in for my return flight. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose. The ironing board was broken. It's tricky to get there if you're coming from the south on Adolfo López Mateos Boulevard. U-turns are tricky and traffic can be crazy during the day. And there's not much to see or do in the immediate area. Aside from that, we still give it 5 stars and would definitely stay there again.

I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel.

Customer service was great. Hotel is safe and clean. I stayed on the 11th floor aka Executive floor and it was a welcoming experience. Indoor pool was great!! Clean and private. Really enjoyed it time at this hotel. Lobby staff is attentive. They are continuing to enforce COVID regulations, which I can definitely appreciate. Overall the area was safe and a taxi is literally available all the time. There’s an Oxxo right across the street, convenient. To my surprise there was a Krispy Kreme donuts and that was less than a 3 minute walk away.

My husband and I were in town because we needed to catch a flight. We were concerned about getting COVID tested on time so we asked the staff at the hotel and they immediately had answers for us and had a doctor come by and get us tested. The staff was super friendly and super helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The beds were also very comfortable and the room was very clean. Overall a great experience.

Staff and service was great! Restaurant and sports bar had great food. Sports bar has great big TV, perfect for watching your favorite team. Wish they had a Jacuzzi at the pool.

Está en una muy buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes y algunos centros comerciales además de que el hotel está en perfectas condiciones el desayuno es genial la atención de todos los empleados del hotel es excelente

The few hours I spent at the Holiday Inn was great as expected. Clean and comfortable bed to rest well.

We found the holiday as a great place to arriver after a long day at the hospital. It is always great to be welcomed by friendly staff and a clean as well as comfortable room. It definitely fulfilled all our expectations.
