Very practical location on the highway if you need to rest

When we have arrived, the hotel was “closed” with no reception. Sign at the door asked us to check in in the nearby Shell petrol station. The station staff was helpful but with poor english therefore apart from obtaining the keys, we were really not given any other info (eg, to use side doors to get in to the hotel building - we had to figure this out thanks to another sign) so the initial experience was… unusual. However, the room was clean, served its purpose and the receptionist in the morning was super nice and helpful. We were offered limited breakfast options (I believe due to lack of staff) and overall were happy with our stay. Hotel is right next to the motorway so not a place to hang around, but great if you need a place to stay overnight before continuing on your journey.

Nice and spacious room, with comfy beds. Room was very quiet, even if the hotel is near the Autobahn.

I should not recommend this place to anyone. This place is located in the middle of no where. Even it’s hard to get Uber down there.

Spend two separate nigths here, both was ok. Petrol station and Mcdonnalds and other food shop next to the hotel so that was very handy. We ordered a breakfast for 12€/person, i think was a fair food served for this money. We eat full ourself, so managed to have a long first drive after check out from the hotel. Room is clean, had a extra small baby cot. Also dog friendly, paid 15€ for our frenchy without a problem. Front and back hotel not too noise. But a little bit the hallway on each floor was. Overall was all ok, i think we gonna use it again when travelling to Hungary🇾🇪.

Like staying at a brand new Motel 6, truck stop adjacent. Not a place you want to just hang out in the parking lot all day but totally fine for a place to sleep near the Autobahn. Very short walk to (also brand new) roadside shop and Cafe, including a McDonald's for a cheap-ish breakfast. Reception was open very late which is a nice bonus. First room smelled weird (smokers?) but they immediately switched us to a different room and it was fine. Reasonably nice people working there.

Very convenient hotel just off A3 motorway near Selignestadt. No frills but for an overnight stay it was perfect. Breakfast was worth paying for.

Only accessible from the autobahn,, but navigation took us to the back,which is not accessible.

I recommend this hotel if you need accommodation close to the motorway. Receptionist were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. There is a restaurant nearby with great german food.

Clean and serviceable with friendly staff.

Decent hotel with nice simple but clean rooms. Room smelt of rotten eggs upon entering, drains in bathroom smelt bag, had to vent out the room upon arrival. Decent free open wifi. We have stayed at other Serways including one about 30 minutes down the road from this one which were much better. This hotel is located on a very old fashioned and basic services, more of a trucker services really. Hotel car park was packed and the service car park was rammed with trucks. Be warned this hotel has literally no where to get dinner, arrived at 8am and the hotel had nothing, restaurant in services had left overs which I wouldn't even feed my dog whilst petrol station had one sandwich left over.

Room was a little cold at first and the heating was slow to warm the room, Not a problem just thought I’d mention it, excellent staff and facilities, no faults, breakfast was delicious

Stayed here for an overnight stop travelling along the A3. We expected standard motorway accommodation but were pleased and surprised by the quality on offer. The bedroom was a little on the small size, but for an overnight stop, not really an issue. Although on a motorway service area, it was very quiet, with the hotel a little way from the main services buildings.Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with a good selection of hot and cold food, served in the hotel, not in the services themselves. Overall, a really good find, we would have no hesitation in returning again in the future.

The room was comfortable and clean though there was little desk space. Good Wi-Fi. The staff was attentive and courteous. The breakfast was good. Parking was free, which is something we did not find else were during this trip to Germany. There is no restaurant nearby except for the truck stop eatery. Hotel was on the north side of A3 so it takes some work on the GPS to get to it if you are traveling east on A3. I would recommend this hotel if you are not looking for something luxurious.
