Horrible stay. The room was absolutely disgusting. The dresser has some sort of gooey substance on it, the couch cushions has what I can only guess were fecal stains or dried blood, under the couch had the same gooey stuff from the dresser along with something that was dried, white, flakey stains. The pullout couch could not be extended because the AC unit was too close. The customer service was beyond atrocious. We asked for a new room and was given one in the EXACT same condition and they gave us attitudes the whole time. We asked for a refund and the front desk lady was extremely snippy with me. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

The room was basic and clean. My main issue was that it was summer, and the air conditioner did not cool the room very well, and was extremely loud which made sleeping difficult.

Clean, seemed well maintained

Our room was unacceptably smelly ( a combo of urine and maple syrup) and loud with stained carpet. There were see-through fixed shades in every window, so if a light is on in the room, everyone outside gets a view in. We needed to check out within an hour of checking in and had to find an alternate hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed.

Our experience during our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The assistance provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, which significantly added to our positive impression of the place. Although the rooms were clean, it was unfortunate that there was an issue with a wet tile in the shower upon our arrival, as pointed out by my wife. This might have been a minor inconvenience, but it did detract a bit from an otherwise good impression. Moreover, despite the cleanliness of the rooms, it was disappointing to find that the view from our accommodation was of a roof. This lackluster view could have certainly been improved upon, and it may have been reasonable to expect a discount or some form of compensation for such an unappealing sight. Nonetheless, even with these minor shortcomings, we found our stay at the hotel to be rather comfortable. The combination of friendly assistance, clean rooms (barring the wet tile issue), and overall comfort provided us with a decent experience. It's unfortunate that the room's view was not up to our expectations, but we were able to overlook that and enjoy our time at the hotel.

The staff is nice and there are some upgrades. My son liked the hot chocolate bar. It's a bit bare bones though in the room and it's situated directly behind a Motel 6. It didn't smell great on our floor some of the sheets/towels we stained. The tile was falling off in the bathroom and the floor felt sticky. It's a barely 3 for me.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff interaction was excellent and breakfast the next morning was much better than most hotel free breakfast meals. I'd definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Good location

Overall, my stay was very good. This service was superb! The hotel interior such as the lobby, computer area, kitchen and men's bathroom or clean with the exception of being out of toilet paper and paper towels. We did bring it to the attention with the lady working the front desk. I don't think Vernette was at work at that time. She does a wonderful job keeping everything in tip top shape. I'm going to believe that it may have been the night shift that that the restrooms go without tissues and towels. The cleanliness of the room itself overall was good with the exception of under the bed there was candy wrappers and dirt and behind the headboard. As far as comfort of the room, the beds were nice. The bathroom was roomy. Water pressure could have been better in the shower. As far as condition of the hotel my only concerns is the security doors were not secured to the parking lot. We checked in Sunday night and was told it was going to be addressed on Monday. We checked out Wednesday morning still not fixed. Security concern there. The hotel for the most part is eco-friendly except there was no eco-friendly recycling cans. I would go back there if I was in the area. I would give it maybe am A-.

The room smells like corn chips. There was an ant in the bathroom (just one) and mold around the shower floor. Otherwise service was fine. Linen was clean.

One of the nicest Holiday Inn expresses I have stayed. Super friendly at check in. Nice clean hotel for the price. Definitely would stay again.

Little difficult to get into the property, but it was clean, parking lot well upkept.

Like = All staff in kitchen, check in and cleaning team displayed kindness and professionalism. Great location, breakfast, mattress, bathroom towels and shampoo-condition-body cream at sink. Improvement recommendation = inside shower glass had black mold on bottom section and was subsequently cleaned upon my request. Housekeeping team should always step in shower to see what the guests see and implement this cleaning process as part of their checkout cleaning. Thank you. We did enjoy our stay.

Rooms were simple and clean. Front desk (Destini) went above and beyond to help us enjoy our short stay. It was close enough to everything we needed.
