I stay here all the time! Always a great stay!

When we got there, everything was going fine. I booked a queen suite with a kitchen. We went upstairs, and the keycards I received did not work, so i had to go downstairs and retrieve new ones. After that, we went into the room, only to be suprised that the room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Super disappointed in the room. Other than that, it was fine.

The shower in our room was absolutely horrible. Worst shower I’ve ever had. The mattress I slept on dipped in the middle all the way to the springs. Not a good stay!

Room was great for our family of 5. Kitchenette area was convenient to eat as a family. Breakfast was plentiful, area was a little snug in terms of layout. Pool was good, outdoor bball court was nice addition, fitness room had all the equipment to meet needs. Overall great stay

These suites were very roomy, think 1/1 apartments. There were some limitations on the door designs in the bathroom.
The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean.
There wasn’t much to do in the area except for the west port plaza.

Really nice place overall! Only complaint would be that something really needs done about the soda fountain machine. My son got a drink with black bits floating around, and there was a big slimy mold thing coming out of the drain area. Other than that, we for sure ppan on coming back to use this hotel!

My stay wasn’t pleasant at all. The start of arriving the front desk lady was awesome after that it went downhill. I had only been in my room 2 MINUTES and I hear a knock saying I was causing disturbance. When we hadn’t even taking our coats off. She just assumed it was us because of children. I then called down because of stink bugs being on our ceiling no one ever came to get them down. I noticed we didn’t have sheets for our pull out couch, the attendant rudely stated well you can come get them because I’m not walking up. The next morning at breakfast the attendants were then rude there. I’m not sure if it was because of a busy weekend but the entire time was just uncomfortable.

I had a private chef come to staybridge to help me surprise my bf for his birthday. The staybridge had everything the chef and I needed to create the perfect birthday space and surprise. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were clean, staff was polite and helpful. However I didn't get to check into my room on time and the people next to me were constantly going in and out of their room, so hearing that door constantly open and close nearly drove me insane!

This is a beautiful Facility with very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well equipped with your needs. It would be a great place for travelers that need to stay for long periods of time.

It was beautiful. There was some construction in the surrounding area, so it was a bit noisy. There weren't sheets or blankets for the pullout mattress and the conditioner bottle didn't work correctly.

This is a lovely, spotless property and a good value for the price. The in-room kitchen was very nice, the laundry and exercise room worked great, there was an enticing pool and basketball court available...although I didn't have a chance to use them. The staff was very kind and offered recommendations about nearby restaurants and attractions, as well as stuff in other parts of the city. Breakfast had tons of hot options and was delicious! It also has "social hour" food options on certain days. It's close to downtown STL but far enough that you're not dealing with all the traffic and risks of the inner city. Stay here!

The hotel is very nice. The bathroom is a weird setup and the door opens inward to a very cramped space. Family will probably stay elsewhere from now on. If I’m traveling alone I love the hotel and will stay. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft.

Poor service. Cleaners did not come to room. Telephone did not work. I told them the issues with cleaning and telephone daily with no response. Never stay there again. Was booked on for 13 days. Terrible.

We were very warmly received. The young fellow who checked us in was very nice and helpful. He gave us a very favorable room close to the check in. The room is very satisfactory.
