The sheets had hair on them & when we called downstairs they told us they'd give us clean sheets if we'd come down & get & change them ourselves!! TF!! I asked for a refund, but NEVER got it!!

The cops got called for a rowdy guest. The pool was closed and dirty. Guests were extremely loud after midnight and kids started screaming before 6am

Even being eight years old this property looked very new and fresh. The staff (Laura, Melinda and Tootie) were very accommodating. The room (100) was nice. Even though the coffee maker didn’t work we made due with lobby coffee. The “accessible” was just that except for the shower. I recommend Hampton inn put a bar right by the entrance to the shower door. Having them only across on the other side is a hazard to those with limited mobility.

This Hampton Inn was very clean and well maintained, and the staff I dealt with were pleasant. The only downside to the hotel is that it's located amidst a bunch of warehouses. If you're looking for a clean comfortable place to stay for a night and don't care about a scenic view, it's a good choice.
