Well appointed and great location

This was a fantastic location. We absolutely loved being so close to everything, especially the beach. The apartment had plenty of room and everything we needed. The pool was enjoyed by the kids.

It was a lovely apartment. But would be nice if there was Netflix. I donated a HDMI cord, so others can use their laptop and watch Netflix. Also, kitten needs dishwashing liquid & sponges. Thanks Sash

Very spacious and in a great location. Probably needed a dust before we arrived but otherwise was very clean and tidy.

Unit 9, 7 Bell Street was clean and welcoming. The indoor swimming pool, spa and gym was well used. The location was fantastic. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. We had a fantastic holiday and look forward to staying here again.

Very central to a good variety of restaurants and the beach. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of extra bedding for cold nights. Kitchen very well stocked with utensils. Lounge room very spacious and comfortable.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and a lot of thought had gone into making our stay a good one. A few minor maintenance issues (a sticking door in a bedroom etc but we have paid more in Torquay for a poorer venue, so we hope to stay again in future.

Good location, had everything we needed to cook, comfy couch, comfy bed, no noisy from neighbours, entertained by people walking by from the balcony. Great place to stay for the weekend

Was not the cleanest, muesli wrappers in draws. Pots/ glasses dirty. But nice and convenient place to stay.

Good 2 bedroom property in a great location. Easy stroll to Cosy Corner and Surf Beach with restaurants on same street. Extra restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was neat and nice to have dish/clothes washing products available to use. Staff were very helpful and responsive with any issues. Apartment 7

Nice modern property just a short walk from the foreshore with various dining options close by. Unfortunately, we were not provided enough toilet paper for our short stay which was unexpected.

Great location near cafes & beach. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us during our visit and it rained most of the time. However the unit was terrific.

Master bedroom was very noisy all night with some kind of air conditioner/ vent right outside our window. Adequate kitchen facilities for a couple of nights. Great to have washer & dryer in the apartment. Two decent size bedrooms. Overall cleaning could have been much better - the whole apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean. Shower in ensuite had gross buildup all the way around, fridge had other people's food buildup. Spider webs and lots of dust on the heating/ AC unit in the main living room. Had to pull out trundle bed in kids room to retrieve dropped toys, and carpet was filthy. Also very concerning that window in kids room opened up from the floor. Yes it was locked, but the key was sitting in the lock and I only knew about it after my kids (6 yr old) already worked out how to open the window themselves. They're lucky they didn't fall straight onto concrete below. Very unsafe for a kids room! Also not much point having a mini bath under the shower if you don't provide a plug. Kids loved having access to the indoor pool - this was a major selling point for us. Great overall location, but not sure I'd go back due to the lack of cleanliness and noise from fans.

It's a very nice place to stay with your family. It was quite, very convenient, everything nearby food, beach, and shops. Hopefully will book it again.

The amenities were fabulous. Had the privacy and convenience we wanted. Place was tidy and cozy. Glad we booked, will definitely come back ⭐️

The apartment and facilities were quite good. The only thing was there was a broken cushion on the couch, the hair dryer was really dirty, and the stools in the kitchen were leaving grease and rust on the ground. The apartment was in a great spot, the size was good having restaurants directly down stairs was handy.

Great location close to shops restaurants and beach. Well equipped apartments with all you need to be self sufficient in need. Could do with a proper deep clean (floor, skirts, shower base, etc). Owner and staff on site helpful and friendly.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious. Short walk to the beach and surrounded by nice takeout and dine in restaurants. The gym needs a makeover with new equipment desperately required. Equipment don't look safe for use with the treadmill out of order. The swimming pool however is a welcoming site. Nice and warm and hours of family fun. Our room was in some desperate need of cleaning as had cob webs and was dusty, but after speaking to the accommodation staff, cleaners came and vacuumed the property. We were lucky that the owners daughter was in an adjoining room who came in and did the initial cleanup post complaint. Overall, I recommend this property as it is a nice escape.

The location of the apartments is fantastic, so close to the beach, restaurants and parks. The size of the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected with an extra toilet seperate from the bathroom, lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen and laundry. The pool facilities were also great and it was very quiet although on a busy road. A couple of cons- the light in the second toilet didn’t work, there were extremely bright lights in the hallway to access our apartment which saw the second bedroom completely flooded by light which made it hard for our son to sleep while we were there. The apartment also had a number of spiders and cobwebs but otherwise pretty clean. All in all I would definitely stay here again, just maybe bring some blockout blinds for that second bedroom.
