No real complaints, for it's cost adequate. The resident staff member was outstanding, very helpful, responsive and friendly.

The picture shows breakfast, they don't serve it or have a bar. Tea making facilities in the room were not replenished unless we asked, the cups were not washed or replaced everyday. Door hanging off the bedside table. Curtain hanging off its track. Towels not changed unless we asked. The next to last day of the stay the room was not touched at all. No reading lights Chrome shelf in the bathroom is rusty

Clean property but the mattress needs replacing. The spring on mattress is so bad that I have to use the duvet as the sheet. My colleague had the same issues.

When we arrived there was no immediate access and I had to phone somebody to allow us in. I was advised then there was no option to pay for breakfast. Not shown to our room basically given the key and told it was on the fist floor. On entering the room initial impressions were fair until we looked at the carpet that was very soiled, the bathroom had rusty bathroom accessories, the floor was stained and the shower had dark brown around the seals and the shower base and head were filthy. The bed basically had no working mattress as I would describe as though the springs grabbed your ribs when lying in it and you rolled to the middle and sank to the bottom. Finally when eventually getting 30 minutes sleep for the whole night woke up and realised the tea making facilities had no milk and a single coffee. The one positive was the bedding and towels were clean just a shame the bed wasn’t sleepable and the shower you wouldn’t wish to take the risk of getting god knows what disease.

Guests in other rooms up all night from 9pm to 6am when I had to leave for work! Smoking Canabis in the rooms not giving a care in the world, in and out all night nonstop banging doors ! Not a manager in sight! Will never stay again!

The accommodation is pleasant & well thought out with everything that you may need provided. The management is really friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay again.

The bed too small and springy, it goes inside when you sleep on it. The room stinky and smelling. Bathroom too dirty. The entrance is never locked which means anyone can walk into the property at will. No security.

Nothing specifically wrong, but very tired and old room and very basic - although for the price, that was expected. I was there during a heat wave and the room was unbearably hot and no fan provided.

Located close to the M40 - but not so close that you're bothered by road noise. Situated in a leafy residential area. Check out the Squirrel pub within easy walking distance and there's also a Greggs' round the corner if you need breakfast to go. Clean rooms, dog friendly, and helpful staff.

Had everything we needed and friendly proprietor but shocked to discover no breakfast, and not advised beforehand.

I had a very warm welcome and was impressed with the service. I paid extra for breakfast which was good. One disappointment was that there were no bedside lights

I have successfully stayed here before. Booked two nights, only needed one by the time I arrived. There was a lot of discussion about not giving a refund. (I hadn't asked as I knew the policy) No mention of breakfast times. I waited an hour for breakfast (8 to 9) and had to leave just as things started to happen... So two nights paid for and no breakfast. As I say, been ok previous times.

It was over priced as the door didn't lock and there was dust everywhere nothing matched in the room the mattress was far too cheap the tv was on the blink the kettle had a very short lead and as for the bathroom every time you had a shower it kept leaking and the shower tray was about as clean as a rubbish dump Overall I think people should not have to pay as much for a run down room

Rose was very attentive and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Our shower room needed some remedial work and overall was starting to look tired. They have also lost the 4 star acreditation shown on the fitst image on this web site

It was easy to locate,within walking distance if you urgently needed a meal the local pub.Was welcomed by the ever smiling Rose who was very helpful.Very nice breakfast.
