Positives : fantasic modern hotel with fantastic friendly staff at reception and serving breakfast, they did all the could to make you feel like your are their number 1 priority. Negatives. Cleaning staff useless after cleaning our room on a number of occasions i came back to finding curtains hanging of their rails ..dust on the floor just swept into the corners of the room aswell as not refilling empty shower gel containers and replacing toliet rolls that by the way come standard in the rooms .. The hotel also advertise soundproofed rooms which they are not and state that if you dont get your room cleaned they will offer you 5 euro credit downstairs to use in honesty bar which actually is not the case no more. But i must state that i would definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Staff is always so helpful and courteous, room are clean, comfortable and spacious. We love the breakfast and the Honesty Bar. I highly recommend Up Hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Alexa controlled amenities within the room was a nice touch. The 24hr honesty bar was an unexpected delight.

This hotel is a gem, in a super area of this great resort. There is simply no friction here. The staff is excellent, constantly mingling with the guests and making sure everything stays UP. This was my second visit to this hotel, and clearly will be my choice if we return to Rimini.

Quite a unique and modern lifestyle hotel which is not a typical Italian hotel at all. Located between Rimini and Riccione we especially liked the outstanding breakfast, however some more fresh fruits could be added, and the designer interior which you can find all over this small hotel. Situated just a few minutes from the beach and the very friendly and helpful staff made our stay to an unforgettable experience. Thank you guys, thumbs UP!

No air conditioning. They can only have heat or air, not both. Air conditioning was not available. Man at front desk was very nice and helpfull. He got us a fan. Room was clean. Bed nice. Breakfast was outstanding!!!

We undertook a mini tour of Italy and this was our favourite hotel of the trip. It was near to the beach and restaurants, but just off the main road so not noisy. We took the train to Rimini and it was easy to reach this hotel by bus from the station. It seems to have a genuine eco interest and it was just a cool hotel. The presentation of the food at the breakfast bar was amazing. This was a cool, unique place to stay and we absolutely loved it along with the helpful and friendly staff.

It was a wonderful stay at the Up Hotel! This place is nicely located, very close to the beach but at the same time in a quieter street. The breakfast had a great variety of food and very nicely presented. People who work there are great and especially I want to thank Olga and the gentleman who works during nights for making this place even more welcoming!

Cant say enough good things about this hotel. Bright, modern, comfortable, great staff. Located within walking distance of good restaurants. Breakfast was the best we had during three weeks in Italy. Selection, quality and originality were amazing. Street parking only. Highly recommend the Up Hotel.

Best hotel! Someone had a concept for a great hotel and created this place. The decor was great, thought-provoking. The breakfast was awesome, with the French pastries daintily set upon their little stands and the meats refrigerated from below. The room was delightful and the shower was great...and roomy. We had planned one night and stayed over for two. The staff was nice; when we left they gave us two water bottles and a bag of cookies. Everything was perfece. I would spend a week here next time: Beach and beach community. Other places withing driving distance: San Marino; Ravenna; Bologna; Acona...

I would highly recommend this hotel. The service was exceptional with very friendly staff and great perks (breakfast buffet, good wi-fi, honour bar, large bath towels). Loved the modern design throughout.

The moment I set my foot in the sea, I felt a burning sensation going up in my leg. We went back to the hotel and we were told that it was what they call a Spider fish. The hotel owner was extremely helpful by providing me all the necessary things to sooth my pain. They offer free water with gas which is very important me. The hotel is newly renovated and with good taste. For this price it is great. I have traveled to more than 400 cities with my husband and stayed in all kinds of hotels but I have never seen in any of those 58 countries a host friendlier than the one in UP HOTEL. That is something which makes your staying remarkable. I highly recommend it.
