Out of 8 USB ports in the room, only one was usable 😝 and the 110volt outlets were very wore out. Would barely make contact with receptacles. My hearing aids did not charge.

Desk staff was friendly. The bed was just mediocre. Definitely with the mattress needed updated. Rooms were clean. Floors are clean.

Great location, great property, and super practical without sacrificing comfort or safety. I stay at this property twice a month and have been coming for about 3 years - I’ve seen quite a bit of staff turnover throughout the years but they’re all very kind and friendly. Never ever an issue.

We had a GREAT stay at this location! We chose this location due to the transportation to the cruise port. This hotel partners with an AWESOME transportation service that will take you to the cruise port for $10PP and they will also take you to the Miami Airport from the cruise port for $12PP. The hotel is beautiful and had a delicious breakfast. The pool is very clean and gorgeous with skyscraper views. It is very walkable to shopping and restaurants. I would aboslutely stay here again. Staff was so kind and helpful.

Not good. The clerk that checked us in put us in the wrong room and that compromised our card information causing unauthorized charges. He always said it was 20 in cash to check in early.

$5.00 for a can of pop and $5.00 for each snack was really ridiculous , we understand it’s Miami but seriously maybe the alcohol I can see that charge for but if there are tired families traveling and that’s their only option that’s in there means at the time then that’s not great. But for one night it was ok overall. The am front desk attendant was very short and not overall courteous towards us we weren’t expecting a room til afternoon since we were arriving from a cruise however that’s not what the woman thought and was really short with my wife. The pm staff was very polite and courteous tho.

The property was conveniently close to the cruise port and very nice and clean. Janiya was very nice to us! She held on to our luggage while we waited for our room. Invited us to have breakfast and asked if we needed anything while we stayed at the hotel. Janiya is very professional and made our stay one of the best ever. Thank you we will definitely be back!

Please be aware of staying here! I followed the reviews, and I regret it so bad. No restaurant in the hotel, and no water. Restaurant next door food was horrible! Pool was not working d/t maintenance. Front desk staff with a flat affect, and not welcoming customers at all. Most importantly, the area is not the best. Homeless outside the hotel resting next to their own vomit. Very disgusting! The lobby carpet was very dirty. The breakfast was horrible! Sausage and cold scramble eggs, no fruits at all, no orange juice, no ham, just American cheese. Forget about a capuchino or an espresso! Horrible experience! Do not follow the reviews! Do not waste your money here!

Our stay was great the location was great. The hotel was in a great location, quiet and clean. The front desk staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about local restaurants and transportation information. Kris at the front desk went above and beyond to help out with finding good quality food.

An amazing stay for my daughter and I! Such a great room with a great breakfast. They also offer a shuttle to the cruise ports for $10 a person! I’ve honestly never had a hotel text me after checking in to make sure I had everything I needed! Chantrell at the front desk is soooo sweet and helpful! After reading the reviews of other people saying the staff was rude I was sort of expecting that but it was the complete opposite! Definitely would recommend and will be back when I am in the Miami area! Also, decent amount of food places within walking distance! 10/10

Check in was nice and quick. The room was clean and nice size. The AC works great. Bed is moderately comfortable. There’s a nice lounge chair in the room. The breakfast was sufficient with eggs, sausage, toast, cheese, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, water and waffles. The hotel is close to the interstate. McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Pollo Tropical are in walking distance. There’s also a gas station/convenience store close by. Check out time is 12 noon which is a plus.

Such a clean place and friendly staff. Rooms are nice!! Only complaints are the pillows are pretty flat and the mattress was very firm.

Waited several hours after the official Checkin time for 2 rooms. A lot of issues with preparing a room for check in. Little urgency for people who traveled all day and were stuffed into the lobby. Some were sleeping on the couches. Rough!

Front desk compromised to deliver a room at 1500; they did it 2 hours late , they were overbooked and didn’t offered any compensation, no accountability

Chantrell was amazing! The friendliest front desk agent Ive ever come accross. We put in a service request for additional towels and have maintenance take a look at the tub stopper, both addressed immediately. Would def recommend this hotel again.
