Very good

It was very comfy and the breakfast was fantastic! Rooms super quiet .. maybe not enough seating in our room to watch TV.. and enjoy the view, only one comfortable chair available. The only other item is that was we thought there would be a mini fridge for ice and drinks but there was none! Everything else was super nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

It’s always good to be back

Nach über 10 Minuten Wartezeit beim Check-in war unser Zimmer um 15 Uhr leider noch nicht bereit. Daher gingen wir zuerst ins SPA. Nach dem SPA musste ich zum zweiten Mal 10 Minuten anstehen, um den Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos auf der Website. Das Zimmer war für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegt. Dies bedeutet, dass das Badezimmer war gross war, jedoch eine offene Dusche und ein Mini-Lavabo enthielt. Obwohl ich als VIP-Member von Hotels.com einen garantierten Late-Check-Out zugesprochen hätte, wurde mir dies durch das Hotel verwehrt. Das Hotel ist gut zum Stadion gelegen. Das SPA und das Restaurant sind gut.

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for the second time already- great hotel- superb breakfast, great dinner menu- large rooms including a great Spa area and very friendly service!

Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Badezimmer mit der Doppeldusche ist wirklich cool gemacht. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat ein grosses Angebot und ist sehr lecker.

Tolle Umsetzung der Motto Konzeption; Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut schallisoliert. Aufmerksamer und sehr netter Service.Frühstück war reichhaltig, große Auswahl.Gute, zentrale Lage.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmerauswahl ist wichtig, unseres Nr. 001 war leider direkt am Lieferanten Eingang und daher am morgens sehr laut. Dies konnten wir durch eine Preisreduktion für uns gutmachen. Nächstes mal buchen wir Deluxezimmer.

Excellent service, nice atmosphere, great facilities!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Wellnessbereich, schöne, saubere und großzügige Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad, sehr freundliches Personal, umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück, großzügiger und sauberer Skiraum, gut organisierter Check-In und -out, einziger wesentlicher Kritikpunkt: die Außenparkplätze und weite Teile der Zugänge zum Hotel, Skiraum etc. sind extrem vereist und damit gefährlich zu Fuß bzw. unfallgefährdet mit dem Auto (mein KFZ ist beim Ausparken auf einer Eisplatte auf ein anderes Fahrzeug gerutscht). Klar ist das ein alpiner Skiort, trotzdem sollte man hier als Hotel wesentlich mehr Sorgfalt an den Tag legen. Ungeachtet dessen, ein toller Aufenthalt.

"Overhyped" hotel. Rooms are extremely small. I booked a deluxe room for three (one kid 9 years). The room was so small was suitable for one person. During checking they took 100 CHF dipositive per day mentioning if we take something from the fridge.. There was no fridge in the room :-( Whenver you call reception, spa hotline no body takes call on first time.

The stay was great as always and we will come back! The staff is very professional and the ribs in the hotel restaurant are just perfect.

Great stay, rooms are pretty small but the bathrooms are a good size. Restaurant was a convenient bonus for us since we spent our days skiing and were too tired to find anywhere else. The Spa was also an added included bonus to relax at the end of the day.

Overall a nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are quite small but bathrooms are big as well as nice balcony’s. Good amenities like the spa is an added bonus.

Es ist ein Tophotel an super Lage. Auch der Pool im Spa ist sehr schön.

Nice place, too pricey for the service that it offers and food absolutely below average. For the same cost Davos has better alternatives too consider

Nice located but some improvement are urgently needed. Only two desks for the check-in, therefore a waiting time of 20min is necessary. Parking : got given the wrong code to enter the parking. No one to help, remained stuck in front of the door for 20min. Our room was next to the « chapelle ». It was so loud. Couldn’t sleep properly. Breakfast is still super good.

Since I couldn’t eat at any other restaurant due to new Covid regulations requiring a Swiss certification, I ate at hotel and had the worst burger of my life and it cost $33 US. !!! Also they have duvets that are so hot I can’t sleep. (Like most Swiss hotels).

Great hotel and great experience. I have to confess that I had some reservations about the Hard Rock brand, but my Davos hotel stay was amazing. Friendly staff, nice room, great facilities and super rich breakfast. I loved the spa and especially the (no clothing) sauna. I just regret not staying longer!!!

Hotel room is clean, breakfast is nice. The service personnel is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come here again.

The area isn't great but we expected good things from this hotel. Sadly it didn't deliver. If you have stayed at any other hard rock hotels leave those expectations behind as this sadly does not match up. The rooms are not air conditioned, only passivley cooled. Despite it being 7.6 degress outside we could not get our room below 25.7 degrees which, for us, and many travellers is just too hot. We did not sleep well at all due to this. The veranda area needed help as it looked old and worn. At least breakfast should be good? Sadly no. There was a reasonably good selection but hot items were cold. We expected more for the cost , much more. The room had cobwebs so I don't think it had been cleaned very well. The check in staff were very pleasant. Sadly though the front desk could do nothing about the room temperature. I highly doubt we will be returning.

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable room and really quiet

Ever since the HR opened in Davos we have been going and always having a lovely time. In the past couple of months we have been 3 times already, which allowed us to enjoy more the facilities and get to know a bit more the staff. The best staff service came from the restaurant and the spa, in particular Maria & Emma, they have such a lovely personality and you feel the hospitality comes from within. The front desk in my opinion is lacking that, they are of course nice and polite but it feels more that they do it because its their job. Their location and the VIP Access place an important role when booking. Look forward to go back in a couple of weeks.

We have stayed a couple of times already, both summer and winter and it is definitely a place we will keep on booking when visiting Davos. The Staff is as charming as usual and it is very nice to see this despite the current pandemic situation. The only challenge that we personally faced, was the capacity allowed in the spa during peak timings (25 people) but we could go around it either by booking a treatment instead or going another day at a time that the staff would tell us there was less people.

The Hard Rock Davos is a true haven for music lovers seeking to unwind and enjoy the fresh crisp Swiss air. The hotel is simple but executes very well. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the in house Spa and pool facilities. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday and even aid when one of us felt unwell. The likes of Maria at the Sessions Restaurant and Anja at the front desk made our stay a very pleasant one. Great value for money!

Staff was very freindly. It was really close to the bus route that takes you to the ski lifts and they provide you with a free bus pass the whole time there. They are dog freindly and provided my dog with a bowl, food, and matt. The spa is really nice and relaxing. They even had a small robe for my 3 yr old. We love staying at Hard Rock hotels and this one really rocks!

Outstanding property in Davos with great attention to detail. Fantastic spa, nice lobby and amazing ski locker room. Enjoyable breakfast. Excellent management and some amazing staff. Just do not choose the 'Superior Room', it is very basic and it might disappoint you.

The restaurant was terrible. No help from the front desk on reservations. The pool was nice but understaffed.

Great location. Friendly staff, good breakfast spread, clean and well maintained facilities. The spa area was has a great relaxing touch. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff decorated the room with balloons and dinner table with a celebratory touch. Thank you for your friendliness.
